My Fourteen Favorite Girls!! Firstly, I want all of you to know that I love u to death and its hard for me to only pick 14 girls to send this to, so consider yourself lucky ... or is it not lucky? If I dont get this back I understand =) I have a game for you. This game has been played since 1977. Once you read this letter, you must send it to 14 girls within five days. On the fifth day, HE(the male of your choice) will either ask you out, or say "I love you." Please send this to your 14 FAV0RitE girls. It has worked for years. Good luck Girls

Or am I wrong?

Is it just me or does Mole's friend look a bit like Stephanie Kaye from Degrassi High? I am right or am I right?
-
Is wildpegasus the dude who jerked off on his way home from the strip club? I couldn't do that even if I wanted to. If I'm doing one-handed driving, I have to use my right one.

No.

He didn't say it, but in "Sex, Lies, and Headlocks" it was reported that someone gave Russo shit about wanting to do a miscarriage angle. (I remember it reported that he said they wouldn't try and exploit 9/11, so that's why I included terrorism.) Jim Cornette was mad about the miscarriage angle. I don't think Vince cared.

Wow. I was just thinking earlier today how they could never do a suicide angle in wrestling. I would say there's a ninety percent chance this is leading to a parody of "It's a Wonderful Life". Bet on it!

So, I was watching Michaels/Jannetty on 24/7 online, the one where Jannetty pins Michaels but HBK has his foot on the ropes and Heenan gets it restarted. Now, it's kind of interesting because they actually show what happened during the commercial breaks in the match. About 13 minutes in, they go to the second break, and you actually get to hear Vince, Savage, and Heenan make small talk with one another. Heenan: You gonna call this, I gotta go for it. Savage: I got a tag team partner. Vince: No, not necessary. Oh, I've seen him throw up before. Not tonight, please! Savage: Ratings! Vince: Somebody has to cue me to take over. Heenan: Oh, is that yours? Vince: I hope. Yep. Savage: I got a bunch of 'em happening. You don't really have any idea what they're talking about, but it's still kind of cool.

Girls in Cars was fucking awesome. Andre's music in the first NES game was "Stand Back", the legendary song performed by Vince McMahon. I don't remember the second.

Man if they started showing Video Power I'd watch every day. But, that's not what this channel is about. Video games are "cool" now, and G4 is going to help promote the new digital lifestyle, I guess.

Remember the GamePro TV show with JD Roth? I liked that one. I remember being absolutely stunned when they did their review of Super Wrestlemania for SNES and seeing the huge digitized picture of Hogan on the title screen. Man, I'm glad I never bought that game. It sucked ass.

Yeah, Video Power. With JOHNNY ARCADE! It lasted two years, I believe. The first season was a video game tip show with a cartoon in the middle called "The Power Team" featuring characters from Acclaim's licensed games: One of the dudes from NARC, Kuros from Wizards & Warriors, Kwirk (no, I don't even know who that is), Tyrone from Arch Rivals, and Bigfoot. Yes, the monster truck. The second season it became a game show with a totally radical, dudical rap theme. The Power Team was discarded for this incarnation. They will not be missed.

Why did they make CronoT a folder mod?

I like black & white cats. Like this little guy: He looks just like the cat I had from ages 3 to 15.

I wouldn't call that a rebound, though. They weren't down. The expansion of the WWF in the '80s was something that had never been done. Quite honestly, not to take anything away from what Vince did in the '80s, but really anyone with the money could have done what Vince did then. Take your company nationwide, sign all the top wrestling stars from your competition, and use celebrities to make the crossover into pop culture. In the late '90s, it wasn't so easy, and I really give Vince credit for going with the right formula for the time period. In my opinion, we're not going to see another WWE boom any time soon. By "boom", I don't just mean an increase; they could increase their ratings with better writing and wrestling, but since they apparently don't recognize the problems in that area, I don't anticipate those going up. But, it's really going to take not just a huge shift in the way wrestling is presented, but a huge shift in this country's pop culture for wrestling to be given another chance by the masses. Like, compare wrestling to the popular music of the time. In the late '90s, the WWF product was a perfect companion to the nu-metal music that was topping the charts at the time. Now, what's popular? All these neo-new wave and emo bands. Oh, I'd love to see how WWE could try to appeal to that demographic.

Um, that actually did happen last month.

It's not my fault you can't appreciate genius. I mean, you don't have a whole board of people who parrot your political opinions, do ya?
-
I didn't mean I actually wanted a wrestling blog, I just think that's a good example of a blog that has multiple writers.
-
Have you guys seen The Wrestling Blog? I think that's a pretty good site.
-
I think there should be a moderator who deletes stupid comments on the blog.

I like the idea of a blog with many different writers. For a good example of what we should model it after, I suggest this.
