Head Like A Hole Terrible Lie Sin Wish Last Happiness In Slavery Mr. Self Destruct Heresy March of the Pigs Closer A Warm Place Hurt The Perfect Drug I haven't heard anything from The Fragile that I've liked. I heard a few songs from With Teeth yesterday and they sounded good, but not Trent's best work or anything.

Well, you'll find very few WWE DVDs that have even sold over 100,000. The market is smaller than you might think.

IMDB is a notoriously bad source for info about wrestling. Remember when they had written that Stephanie McMahon was married to Howard Finkel?

The RAW Thread for 05-02-05: Show Comments

^True. And they switched places this year, so Vengeance is in June and the Bash is in July. -
That was probably more due to USA Network's problems with man-on-woman violence. Sure, eventually once she started wrestling men were allowed to hit her but that was when Raw was pulling 6 ratings and WWF had considerably more leeway with the network.

Nothing wrong with that. Each match can get 20 minutes! Each match will NOT get 20 minutes. It was a joke. I was trying to get everyone here excited about the prospect of 20 minutes each of Kane-Viscera and the Hogan match.

This happened about 3 years ago at my high school. Someone supposedly wrote a message in one of the bathrooms. The school denied that anything happened but still conducted security checks on everyone who entered school that day, which led to about 75 percent of the student body no-showing.

On Thanksgiving morning of 1994, I drank some very good orange pineapple juice which I purchased from a vending machine outside of my local K-Mart. Soon after this happening the store removed orange pineapple from the vending machine. Even as a young lad of nine years old, I knew I was drinking something very special, but I never found out what brand that juice was. Though my time with the drink was short, the memories have stayed with me to this day.

Yeah, whoever wrote this has that all wrong. Woman actually didn't make her WCW return until the match where Savage beat Flair for the title. Liz debuted in WCW the next night at the Clash of the Champions. And Woman turned on Savage a couple of weeks after that.

Actually, that's wrong. Windham wrestled Pillman in a taped fist match at that show. But that's just nitpicking.

Maybe he can get Richard Bey to endorse him. Although I'm not sure how big Richard is on the Dems, considering how he feels Clinton got his show kicked off the air.

I won't lie.......over the last couple of weeks I've discovered I really enjoy "Girls in Cars", although I believe WWF used an instrumental version for Strike Force. I have seriously been considering e-mailing Robbie Dupree to tell him how awesome that song is. Anyway............................. I really like WCW's stock music themes for Jericho (his first theme when he was a face, it was also Tully Blanchard's theme at Slamboree '94 and I believe Rhonda Singh used it once in 2000) and Hennig and Windham (I was upset when the West Texas Rednecks angle started because as great as "Rap is Crap" is, I liked their theme before that much better).

Well, you have to keep in mind that there are probably a lot of wrestlers who Chris has worked with over the years who his family might not be able to reach out to but who read the Observer site. So that may be why Dave gave directions.

Savage's TV debut was on the 7/6/85 (taped 6/17/85) edition of Championship Wrestling, defeating Aldo Marino. Roberts debuted at a house show in Toronto on 3/2/86 defeating Scott McGhee. He appeared on the 3/15/86 Body Shop, and his debut TV match was against Jim Young on the 3/22/86 Championship Wrestling. Duggan made his debut on 2/14/87 in Baltimore, defeating Sika. I would assume he debuted on TV a couple of weeks after that, as he was at WM3, but I'm not sure exactly when his TV debut was. Dibiase's debut (or return, I should say) was on 6/7/87 in Houston, losing to the One Man Gang. His TV redebut was on the 8/15/87 Superstars against Jerry Allen.

Sometimes I wonder if releasing the old Wrestlemanias on DVD would be more trouble than it's worth. In addition to all the editing that has to be done, I believe they also have to pay royalties to all the wrestlers featured on the DVDs. With a specialty DVD like the Flair set, this has a practical purpose because featuring Flair's matches with the likes of Harley Race and Dusty Rhodes can be used as a selling point. With the WMs, is it worth shelling out royalty fees to guys like SD Jones and Buddy Rose when nobody would buy the set to see them? In addition to the fact that they would have to also edit Jesse's commentary off of WMs 1-6 or pay him a large fee, because he's not the kind who would settle for the chump change they offer some of these guys.

I like the album version of Britney's "(You Drive Me) Crazy" better than the "Stop" remix. And I have no shame in admitting that.

Maybe it's just me, but the search feature has been giving me trouble. Searching from the last week or so gives me no trouble, but searching for something from "any date" just takes me to a blank page.

CM Punk just wrote this on his LiveJournal: "Friday, April 29th, 2005 3:07 pm I fucking quit. Nothing fucking matters. Not all the hard work, not all the miles and sleepless nights. Nothing. God fucking damnit. It's not right. fuck. It's so not fucking right. I miss you Chris. I really fucking miss you. FUCK. XpunkX" http://www.livejournal.com/users/cmpunk/

"South Park Mexican (or SPM) is a Houston, Texas-native and rapper, one of the few Mexican rappers to border on mainstream rap. SPM's real name is Carlos Coy. Growing up in South Park neighborhood of Houston, a notorious ghetto, he began selling drugs, quitting in 1994 and beginning his rap career. On his own label, Dope House Records, SPM released Hustle Town and Power Moves to local fame. Touring throughout Texas, SPM released The 3rd Wish and The Purity Album before moving to Universal Records for Time Is Money and Never Change. Neither established him in the mainstream, despite advertising blitzes from Universal. Carlos Coy was accused of molesting a nine year old girl, in Houston, who had stayed the night with his daughter. On May 18, 2002 a jury convicted him for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury later sentenced him to 45 years in prison. Coy testified that he did not assault the nine-year-old girl. However, Coy did admit to having sex in 1993 with a 13-year-old girl (with whom he had a son)." Retrieved from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Park_Mexican"
