I got that tape for Christmas 96 (didn't know how rare it would turn out to be) and that incident didn't make the video. From watching the clip on Raw, it looked like it was after the match and not before, though I don't know for sure. Yes, it was after the match. During '95 and '96, they often would do interviews at the end of PPVs to promote the next month's PPV. I know they showed footage on Raw of Bulldog coming out from backstage during Michaels' celebration at the PPV, with officials restraining him, but I don't know if that made it onto the PPV.

Actually, they were Standards and Practices when they came back. Lenny and Lodi had been doing the gay (oh, sorry, I mean they were "brothers") gimmick since the summer, but GLAAD had complained and Standards and Practices ordered WCW to get rid of the character. On the 10/4/99 Nitro, I believe Lenny was supposed to come out with no makeup and not acting flamboyant at all and job the cruiserweight title before being taken off TV. However, WCW was reluctant to put him on TV, so they gave the title to Psychosis, claiming that he had won the title two days earlier and then had Psychosis job the belt to Disco Inferno. Lenny and Lodi came back at the end of the year as Standards and Practices, with Ms. Hancock (it was originally supposed to be Ms. Handcock, but Stacy Keibler refused), but after about a month, they dumped her as manager and became Lane and Idol, 2XS (which I believe was later changed to just XS). After a few weeks, Idol changed his name to Rave, which I think was ordered by Kevin Sullivan. As for Sid-Hogan, the match was announced as the main event for Spring Stampede, but the returns of Bischoff and Russo changed that. As Sid was injured around the time of that PPV, it's likely that Hogan would have won the title.

I really liked the Vader/Guardian Angel/Sting three-way from Fall Brawl '94. The Vader-Sting portion was really good, in my opinion, and the overtime periods really helped to build suspense for the finish. Sure, the ending was a little cheap, but they were trying to build up the "mystery man" angle, which could have been good had it not turned out to be Brutus Beefcake.

I agree, I never thought the Rick James skit was that funny. The Wayne Brady skit, now that was hilarious. I personally don't find Adam Sandler movies that funny. I think Ebert pinpointed the big problem in one of his reviews - acting stupid isn't funny if the person acting stupid knows they're acting stupid. Then, in my opinion, it just becomes like your friend acting stupid to make you laugh - which may be funny in person, but not when you're supposed to accept the reality of the characters on screen.

I agree. This just doesn't seem like something that can be done safely without the risk of some serious genetic mutations happening.
