I thought I remembered, and I could be wrong, that they immediately released Clark but asked Adams to go to OVW because he was a friend of the Undertaker.

I suspect that Christian has hired Scott Steiner. I don't know why, I just have a feeling.

I can't believe Blazenwing is still a tool after all these years

That remix is poorly edited. The transition from "riff and loop" at the beginning to full band is messed up, as is the transition from the second verse to Jay-Z rapping. But I guess that gritty, unpolished sound is to be expected from a collaboration between such hip-hop giants. Streets is craving more Deon remixes.

Banders and subliminal_animal were one and the same.

You can't always choose what you're going to remember, Chave. I mean, I'd rather remember all the stuff I learned in astronomy class about the differentiating characteristics of the planets than remember your thread about how you were afraid that porn was going to turn you into a sexual deviant but unfortunately a lot of inconsequential stuff stays with you longer than important stuff.

Yeah, only there and in Canada.

Has Banky never bumped a thread before?

I think the Mii Channel needs more moustache options. I can't make a good Rick Rude or Tobias Funke Mii with what they've got now.

Here's another Observer note: apparently, Cole and JBL did updated commentary for the Survivor Series '87 main event (which I think it on the Survivor Series '06 DVD). Cole makes reference to the "late, great One Man Gang". One Man Gang is, of course, not dead.

I guess this is slightly Wii-related since there's a game in the series coming for Wii, but I was really shocked that Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life has sold over half a million copies in the US.

In your next post you should use the word "varmint".

I suspect that might be a fake, but I really really hope it isn't.

Inducting Rocky Johnson might be the only way they can get his son to make another WWE appearance. -
"Kill Hannah" and "Escape the Fate" are bands.

I would have thought that very few people would have bought the GC version of Twilight Princess, but it actually outsold the Wii version in December, which would mean it had to have sold around half a million. Here, by the way, are the best selling games for December and for the whole year: December 2006: 1. Gears of War - Xbox 360 (Microsoft) 2. Guitar Hero 2 Bundle- PS2 (Activision) 3. Madden NFL 07 - PS2 (Electronic Arts) 4. Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess - GCN (Nintendo) 5. Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Wii (Nintendo) 6. WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2007 - PS2 (THQ) 7. New Super Mario Bros. - NDS (Nintendo) 8. Call of Duty 3 - Xbox 360 (Activision) 9. Yoshi's Island 2 - NDS (Nintendo) 10. Call of Duty 3 - PS2 (Activision) 2006: 1. Madden NFL 07 - PS2 (Electronic Arts) 2. New Super Mario Bros. - NDS (Nintendo) 3. Gears of War - Xbox 360 (Microsoft) 4. Kingdom Hearts II - PS2 (Square Enix) 5. Guitar Hero 2 Bundle- PS2 (Activision) 6. Final Fantasy XII - PS2 (Square Enix) 7. Brain Age: Train Your Brain - NDS (Nintendo) 8. Madden NFL 07 - Xbox 360 (Electronic Arts) 9. Tom Clancy's GRAW - Xbox 360 (UbiSoft) 10. NCAA Football 07 - PS2 (Electronic Arts)

Hotbutter is back again?

Now I've found an answer to this. Crash Bandicoot 2 and 3 both sold over a million in Japan. I never particularly cared for that series.

I just saw that Evan Rachel Wood, star of Thirteen and that Green Day video where the dude joins the army, is dating Marilyn Manson. That's horrible.

I see it's an AVI so you might be missing the right codec. Download DivX player if you don't have it already and try to play it with that.

Sega has announced 5 games they will be bringing to the VC this quarter: Streets of Rage Comix Zone Bonanza Bros. Bio-Hazard Battle Gain Ground They should totally bring Eternal Champions to the VC. I don't want anyone to say that it was bad. Because it wasn't. NO I'M NOT LISTENING TO YOU

Hell of an idea this man had. But ramen sucks.
-
Only a few things could actually make me shell out for a VC game. Because there aren't any good TG-16 emulators that are free. I might pay for Neutopia. I always liked that game. Maybe the two Bonk sequels. Although wasn't Super Bonk for SNES very similar to Bonk 3? Man, I only had three TurboGrafx games. Keith Courage, China Warrior, and Double Dungeons. Ugh.

12/27: Vince feels that ECW's lack of success has been due to the absence of humor on its programs. Brad Armstrong's name was brought up as someone who is funny (although he's never really shown it on camera) and that's why he got the tryout on ECW commentary. Also, Vince was trying to mess with Tazz because WWE isn't happy that he's been openly fielding offers from radio stations. So, they had them both at the commentary table and Tazz "ate Armstrong alive" or whatever The Decembrists said in his last notes thread. Joey Mercury will be a jobber on Smackdown when he comes back. Well, not a jobber in the Duane Gill sense but you know what I mean. Paul Heyman saved him from being released recently because he wanted to bring Joey into ECW and push him. But now that Heyman is gone, ECW's Dave Lagana decided to bring Snitsky over instead to give him that planned push. So, Joey is going to SD and he's gonna JOB! 1/1: More Heyman stuff that you probably already know. Vince and Paul were destined to have a falling-out. If Heyman made plans for a wrestler and Vince changed them, Heyman would make sure the wrestler knew about it. If Vince really wanted Sandman and Sabu, he could have signed them any time within the last few years, so it's not like he had tremendous faith in them to begin with. Piper's odds of recovery from the cancer are about 70 percent. He was in the middle of making a movie when the cancer was discovered. Piper was hurt so bad when they did the angle where Edge and Orton beat him up before the match where they won the belts that he needed to take morphine just to walk to the ring and get beat up. And of course, they found the tumor when attempting back surgery. In addition to pissing off Vince with the "ripping off Assy Mcgee" thing, Michael Cole also has some heat because he brought in a bunch of people who know little about wrestling to write for WWE.com. Gene Snitsky is going to ECW. He's gonna lose that sweet beard and might have his head shaved too. He will be a heel and will be pushed as ECW's version of Kane. WWE wants Batista to "talk more 'jive'". Robert Gibson is now a part-time trainer for WWE. Steve Williams also does this. And WWE is considering hiring Marty Jannetty to do the same. Well hey, if he refuses to believe he doesn't work for them, why not just confirm his wacky belief? Barry Windham might be an agent soon. But then he might not. He's gone back and forth on it many times.
