However, people might have also thought it was repetitive (because of the landlord in every ep, much of the same segments cropping up), and ignored some of the oddball theme shows. How many eps on DVD (and per DVD)?

Maybe, but there was some stupid legal reason they couldn't use the real name. However, the manga is much better, and the animation flat out sucks. Show was still pretty decent besides, though.

I have plenty of gripes about AS' programming schedule, but I love my ATHF (even the reruns over and over again), Samurai Champloo, Venture Bros (getting renewed made me happy) and RC. Count me among the Super Milk-Chan fans, too. Although lately...12 Oz. Mouse, Tom, and Squidbillies? Boondocks getting a show? Stroker and Hoop I hated but saw some potential there, at least. Perfect Hair Forever was great in its original ep, so I'm looking forward to it. Evangelion...meh...owned the DVDs, saw both movies, I'm not thrilled with the prospect of seeing in on TV after seeing it in DVD-quality, even if I had any desire to watch it again.
