I don't think Brock cut any "money" promos, and most of them were more humorous ("Shannon Moore, Shannon Moore, Shannon Moore!"), but it was a hell of a lot better than most folks, and with it being the only major weakness he had, he was not only a complete wrestler, but a complete "superstar." Plus, he was having matches just as good and better than Kurt, with less experience--amazing. If his heart really isn't in it it'd be a shame for him to come back just to get pissed off by Vince & Co and leave again, though. I'm not sure if how much of him leaving was politics and how much it was about the NFL dream.

I like how Gene did the scribble underline, apparently to make sure she pulled her top down as much as possible. I don't think Jericho did it either, because I'm sure, as a metalhead, he knows that pens could be very unreliable for writing on boobs. Looks like Chris M....something. A four-way decision/no decision would be hilarious, but it should be for a harmless, useless title like the Women's or Cruiserweight. Each brand having their title vacated sounds cool, but it seems like they'd be overdoing it all on one show--they could save something like that for after Mania I'd prefer. I'd be nice for the title to be at stake in the Rumble match itself, but considering "Mr. McMahon" is totally against that, at least in kayfabe, I don't see it happening.

Most toy stores don't really keep up with even major department stores as far as video games. My KB has DC versions of NFL 2K1 or whatever that's going to sit there from now 'til doomday probably, because nobody is paying 25 bucks for them when EB has to practically give them away to get rid of the used ones they got.

Nay. I have a big magazine that WWE published about two years ago that was a "preview" book for the 2003 year. They showed all the old titles and their lineage and the WCW lineage is actually merged into the current WWE title. The current Big Gold Belt has no lineage before Eric dragging it's corpse onto Raw one day and giving it to HHH. However, title lineages in a worked sport is one of the most ridiculous things to argue about ever, but thems the facts. I got that book too when I went to the SD in Pittsburgh just before WMXIX. Very well done, IMO, despite the obvious lies in certain people's bios... As for lineages, I don't care so much about what title has what title's lineage, but the revisionist history we're no doubt to get with the titles is going to be a bit annoying, IMO.

I don't know about where you live, but that's *all* used games and it's not so much a sale but something they've done for a long time. Problem is, the old stuff is crap like Mia Hamm soccer and the new stuff is overpriced and/or crap. The new ESPN games for 30 bucks when they only cost 20 new! Van Helsing the game for 40 bucks! GTA3 for X-Box for $24.99!! Friggin' clueless HV. They stopped doing the Access pass for games too. Well, they wouldn't take any new ones on, and if you cancelled your's it was gone for good. Hell, for 20 bucks a month I'd have kept it if my HV didn't have piss-poor selection for new releases.

Pussy heels overcoming obstacles to hold onto the *top title* don't really sell, and this isn't the old NWA and JBL isn't Flair. I don't think marks view JBL as even 1/4 as credible as HHH during his reigns. What was so "big" about Rock getting another championship at that point? Although unlike WM2000, at least all these guys have some claim to getting another title shot, instead of "yeah, we did the RR94 finish, but more importantly, this guy is being backed by a McMahon, and--oh, let's give Foley a spot for the hell of it!"

Conker and PD will run you used often about 5 bucks each. But since you have an X-Box, you could get the upgraded Conker for that. Edit: Bah, N/M. Those games are like the Sonic 2 of N64 games as far as availability.

Hippie. It's not awful, it's just inferior to Yoshi's Island in almost every way (hell, I'll take traditional bitmaps + Morphmation and so forth over the plastic CGI look even, and the Yoshi Song in Story.....ARGH), but it's one of those handful of N64 seqgrades that are frankly the pits compared to the classics. I'll forgive you because you have Mischief Makers, though. Oh, most of the wrestling games will run you from 50 cents to $1.00 used, ditto with Madden, etc.
