I had hoped AVP and Van Helsing would have been good, but I figured they'd blow. Resident Evil: Apocalype, MA? Come on, what were you expecting? I'd say The Grudge as well, because of the faith I had in Raimi, but since it was a remake, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

If you're like me, and mostly are into old-school and Japanese-style games, PS2. There's next to nothing I want on X-Box that's exclusively for it. That's just me, though. The games that the X-Box fans tout do nothing for me. More games, better selections of games, better controller, and Japan actually *likes* PS2. "Does it cost money to play online with either system and how much does the hardware cost. " PS2 only requires a Network Adapter (30 used or 40 new, though), and broadband connection (okay, there are some dial-up games, but I could only imagine how bad the quality of the game experience would be, since as it is I have lag and disconnects on PS2). The actual use of online play costs nothing, though. X-Box Live costs money, though (mentioned above), although it's not all that much. I can certainly see Coffey's points--but there is no one around here that mods X-Boxes, and I'd never go through the expense and trouble to *mail* it to get it modded anywhere. Plus, even the "new" X-Box controller sucks, IMO.

Valets almost never can work the mic, and end up just having their asses put on the line in a "winner gets her as his personal whore" match. WWE hasn't had a non-wrestling chick who could actually talk and work as as a decent manager. Plus, a set of tits that's only a set of tits gets nobody over. Take a look at the Stacy/Test feud, and all of the guys Torrie managed save for Tajiri (who was over by himself anyway). Jackie I'm not sure about, since I haven't really paid much attention during the time that she was managing Rico, but I'd guess the fans were probably paying more attention to Gayda and hoping her funbags would escape again rather than they were on the guys in the ring. So, I don't think it gets guys over, and the angles that result from them are 95% of the time awful.

Raw's main events this year were actually pretty good. There was a LOT of shit on the rest of most of those shows. (See: this past month) I'd say Benoit/Michaels myself, a lot of these I don't quite remember...

That is what you want to happen but WWE logic produces great matches like Al Wilson & Katie Vick vs Gene Snitsky & John Hendreich and Tough Enough winner vs Bob Holly and Rene Dupree vs Shannon Moore. It's true. The split hasn't done shit for the midcarders. Where is the cruiser division? Where are the tag divisions? It's a fucking joke. I agree. I think the the only positive thing the split has done is confine main event egos to one show.
