It's Howard Stern Heat, Tiger. People who love Howard Stern listen because, "I want to hear what he'll say next." People who hate Howard Stern listen because, "I want to hear what he'll say next." Actually, nobody gives a shit about Howard Stern anymore. And Carmella can't talk and I honestly don't realize why people even bother booing her. That's the worst thing to do. Crowds needed to realize that they need to ignore Carmella, but by now it's too late. Way to cop out on the "slugfest," WWE. I expected what it wouldn't be, but I didn't realize what it would turn out being.

Sure, but...really, what did they need to really do? Announce a release date and people screaming MORTAL KOOOMBAT!! I guess you could argue that it's genius in its simplicity... However, few can deny Acclaim's best work involving them simply publishing other peoples' games. Sadly, 10 years ago people actually seriously debated that... Okay, MKII I could see some people preferring, but MK1 was just eeech. MKII had a lot going for it, but MKI just totally screamed "living off a gimmick" to me. Plus the Sega version was BUTT ugly, and the SNES version was like having your controller dunked in molasses. I guess it was because the arcade game was very different from all the SF clones at the time, and it was arguably the best of its kind, so it survived and thrived. It was very rare for anyone to actually do digitized graphics right. MKII was still rather stiff, but NBA Jam, Wrestlemania Arcade, etc--they soon got it down perfectly. As much as I loathe MK3, I think it felt very smooth and natural compared to the earlier titles. ....incidentally, Acclaim published the home versions of Street Fighter: The Movie (which sucked, but was better than the arcade game). That seems sick and wrong, for some reason, but at the same time oddly appropriate. Hell, they should have just gone all the way and let you use Kylie Minogue to Thrust Kick Jean Claude Van Damme's head off. ....and the home versions of SF: TM were still better than MK1. Strangely, at around the same time Acclaim published the American versions of X-Men: Children of the Atom for home consoles.

The gimmick is shit, and if it didn't fucking work a decade ago, why the fuck would it work now?
-
GET A HAIRCUT!! JR doing his usual diplomatic admission that Tomko sucks.
-
"Shellshock, NAM '67" I wonder if Kerry's in it as a hidden character.
-
"We accept rye heah, rye now!" ...I guess he means he wants the match right away. So what does Tomko do well, again?

I'll go on record as hating Orton before Orton-hating becomes cool again.
-
Tonight Kane, you will face....KANE!!

Zzzzz...

All good champions deserve title shits. Well, HHH did proclaim he was "back on the throne."
-
At the end of the night, though, the Evil Randy Orton (complete with beard) from the Negaverse who is a great ring technican and extremely charismatic climbs out of the cake and beats the crap out of our Randy, joining Evolution.
-
Something tells me that isn't the first time Randy Orton was waiting in a cake.
-
This is Raw in a nutshell: HHH, a ring, and whores.
-
Well, to start we get to see HHH thoroughly fapping himself. Big shock.
-
Maybe he really had to piss. It's not sensible to piss yourself at the end of your first big PPV title defense. Jobbing...with legs crossed. Torrie should try those things sometime.
-
Probably they're going to film Eye Scream Man.... .... .... .... ......... ....first, and in the meantime HHH will stay on Raw, plug Blade: Trinity, and when Eye Scream Man is filmed, distributed, and if it makes any money, he'll leave for his movie...maybe after Wrestlemania.
-
I'd be up for that...unless it's a B&P match, then Lilian should job.

I refuse to believe you. It's gotta be a work--just like Brock's "departure" from WWE. (i.e. extended vacation) If it IS real, then it won't really matter anyway. When has a little thing like an arrest been an impedement to being a WWE Superstar?
-
So far, the box office gross is $23.7 million. So unless it has a hell of a week this week, it's a bomb. Part of it, I think, is the bad timing. Hopefully the same thing won't happen to Sky Captain this weekend.
-
I'm interested in watching for the trainwreck factor, and seeing how HHH treats Orton now... The Carmella arrest has gotta be a work.

I thought really old threads like this would have been deleted automatically... In celebration of Mortal Monday...I ordered SFII: Special Champion Edition for Genesis. I'll be playing Hyper SFII later today. Screw MK. I actually ordered SCE before I saw this...funny coincidence.

The original Animated Series, the TB original movie, and I think sometimes in the comics they use that name. So sometimes it is. Technically, the version of The Joker that appeared in the animated series had a number of different aliases before his accident. I can only think of one episode where the name "Jack Napier" was used. There's also "Mask of the Phantasm," although that storyline was unique to that movie and presumably the animated serious. Probably, although Burton himself based his vision on Miller's to an extent. TAS is just one interpretation of many, but apparently they went with Burton's background to a certain extent with Joker--but Joker didn't kill Bruce's parents in TAS continuity.

Which Spider-Man? The awesome 90's FOX Kids version, or the campy 60's version? 90's The original Animated Series, the TB original movie, and I think sometimes in the comics they use that name. So sometimes it is.

"and HHH" For the title? What title changes, if any, happened?
-
He's "badass face who annoys Bischoff and spits in HHH's face." If you don't think that's fresh and innovative than too bad! So, what are the results for Unforgiven, in a nutshell?
