GG didn't look as cool as The Monster Garage game (my roomate in college had the gearhead garage game). But honestly how much fun can waving your mouse over the lugnuts on a tire and they magically disappear be? I think you mixed up the games typing, Marv. Anyway, I could see it as a game a pre-teen gearhead might like, so he(/she?) doesn't really screw up a real car.. As long as it does what it does properly (and not "let's put sealer in this broken radiator") it's less of a bad game and just a bad idea. It still looks like barrels of fun compared to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, at least. Big Rigs looks absolutely terrible. Although admittedly it would be amusing to play a game with no collision detection for a few minutes.

Why should Sony take all the risks?

I hope it becomes more like the 64DD. However, it'll be a success anyway, much to my chagrin. Sony is evil, and must be stopped... ...and no, Microsoft isn't an acceptable alternative to dominate the market.

I had no idea you were an Aussie, UYI. Well, I wish ya luck. And it isn't just dislike of SNK--they've been anti-2D since the days of the PS1, but are even stricter these days. Looks pretty good and is a blast to play until you get bored with it (gameplay isn't as good as SoR2, unfortunately, but still fun).

That's good cause I don't want a sloppy,botchy and shitty wrestler as WWE Champion. I'm against the inevitable Batista main event push myself, as well. So, he gets a free pass for us to not bitch about anything he does for the next year or so like people were doing after his good several months in 2000? If he shows consistency in unselfish behavior, then people will have more faith in him, but for now, it just looks like it was a temporary thing. I won't mind if he even takes the SD title as long as he doesn't bury everyone, hold it for a year, and make Eddy look like absolute shit.

Bumping the thread--any new info? I'm hoping older backgrounds are restored, but none of the screen shots revealed so far have revealed that, nor has the name changed. Vampire Chronicles was basically Savior with the different versions of the characters in the game, but they gave it a new name. However, that didn't have the backgrounds/music from the previous games. (BOOO!) Too bad, since Night Warriors had the Darkstalkers backgrounds and music (okay, the backgrounds were just color changes, basically, but still...). It would be neat if some extras were added. They might throw in Gill as playable off the bat, but probably the secret options should stay as unlockables. All the music tracks from the prior games, at least, Capcom?
