I want a Best of Al Snow DVD to shut that fat whore Foley up. Some Avatar stuff, a New Rockers match or two, his match with Douglas, clips from the Bossman feud, the Head Cheese skits, and he had some decent stuff now and then in his post-ECW WWF stint.

...anymore. I distinctly remember a Molly/Torrie match where Molly had to sell Torrie's shitty kicks and basically bodyslam herself. It was sickening because Molly barely got any offense in and had to cheat to win the damn match. It was when the Women's champ could go to both shows. No, she has an injured implant and supposedly was going to leave with Brock but nothing has been heard pertaining to that. Besides, Brock's leaving is all a work anyway.

Okay, so I got an X-Box for 100 bucks, with a controller, cords, but no games. This is supposed to be such a great system, so what the hell do I do now? Give me some game suggestions, and keep in mind: Exclusive titles or multi-plats that are the best on this system. Real games, not a load of "interactive" tripe. First person games don't really interest me, so let "Halo" die in your wrists before typing. I'm biased against 3D in general, so it had better be really good to perk my interest. Anything with "Dead or Alive" on the cover licks donkey balls. So, what am I left with, now?

Eh, but if you don't like it from the outset, no sense beating it if you're not going to have fun doing it. Sounds like something right up my alley, but I don't have a Blockbuster near me, so no go. I don't know if they have them at department stores, since I don't shop for games there often. However, usually the specialized stories like EB, Gamestop, Gamecrazy, etc will stock them. It doesn't just have demos--one of them allowed you to download secret costumes for DOA3, which is neat although I'm not too keen on the game itself. The new X-Boxes are $179.99 I think, so $149.99. However, that would probably effectively lower the price of pre-owned systems to around $119.99. However, there are different packages offered by Microsoft, but I think those are the right prices for just the base unit, cords, and 1 controller.

I've heard of the attribute codes, but the ones for v2 I found didn't work. So why should I spend 50 bucks on a new game enhancer just because Yukes sucks? I'll stick with my AKI and Fire Pro games, thank you. Plus, aside from the CAWs, I'd still have to revise all the characters in the game and even then they wouldn't be quite right. That's all thanks to Yukes' botched-up new attributes system, where Albert can do a better Hurracanrana than Rey because his "Strength" attribute is higher. And any game that sells itself with Torrie in its ads and the promise of Bra and Panties matches incurs my wrath. What's next, WWE Divas Sexxy Beach Volleyball, with unlockable EXCLUSIVE Playboy pics?

They'd have to be complete idiots not to, quite frankly. There would not be a better suited match than Benoit vs. HBK at Backlash in Edmonton. Can you imagine the heat? HBK would get significant more heat than Trips would in Edmonton. The feud writes itself. I thought HBK was going to have knee surgery and retire? That's why we're supposedly going to have HHH vs. Benoit now, right?

Riiiight. So, let's get this straight: it took WWE this long to come up with a gimmick that a) might very well get Bradshaw over and b) he'd be perfect for. Yet, we came up with this idea about 3 years ago. Right? Just checking. Oh, I'm shocked. When's the last time that bitch lost a match?

Eh, each system has it's fair share of exclusives. Frankly, except for hardware power, I can't really agree with you that the PS2 is better. PS2's game lineup has far more depth, although it's mostly quality over quantity. As for my game collection: you'd be surprised. I like games, but I'm also cheap and hate waste. I frankly don't see it as feasible to spend 5 dollars on a rental that you'll never get back. Usually I buy my games used, play them until I decide I want to keep it or decide I don't want to keep it. If I don't want it, I sell it back online. Thanks to stores like Gamestop and Electronics Boutique, I have a good selection of games to choose from at great prices. Often I can buy games from there, sell then back online, and actually make profits. I couldn't do like Sakura does: it would kill me to have a bunch of games sitting around, taking up space, that I'm never going to play much again. On average, I probably have about a dozen total games for each of my systems. I have more Dreamcast stuff than I do for any other system. So part of why I can afford to buy stuff a lot of time is that I keep my collection of games lean and minimize waste. You'll never see me pay $40-$50 bucks for a game unless it is made by a company that I like so much I want to give them my full support. So probably when Metal Slug 3 comes out on X-Box it will be the first time I've bought a game at full-price this year. One of the reasons I decided to get an X-Box is that there's a bunch of games I've heard that are good for it that are available at good prices. Ninja Gaiden I'll probably get--but not at 50 bucks--hell no!

Off topic a little, but Kurt Angle is not 6'2. No way. No how. I was assuming that WWE's stats were close or not too far off. I'm not surprised, though.

If it's done wrong, as the article suggests it will be, yeah, there are reasons to gripe. Don't be so fucking dumb. We'd probably be griping a hell of a lot more than Benoit himself. Every statement Jericho has made indicates he's happy as a pig in slop with his crap-scooping, second-fiddle-to-Steph Undisputed Title reign. Benoit was booked a hell of a lot better, so maybe he wouldn't care, especially since he probably isn't as interested in winning the title as he just wrestling. Winning the title once, period, is probably a crowning achievement for him, and he likely doesn't expect to win multiple reigns or become a bonafide main eventer. The main reasons Jericho and Benoit are so prone to politicking is that they don't rock the boat much or expect special consideration from the office. They aren't obsessed with being in the main event, getting the huge main event paydays, being the stars, or hogging the glory. It just isn't their personality type. HHH on the other hand... HHH has less talent, but much more ambition. It's the same reason that talented persons might end up stuck in middle management positions, and incompetents that shoot their mouths off end up in executive positions.

The only real advantage Jeff had, I think: back before Jeff was all f'ed up, he was the better looking of the two. A Jeff Hardy fangirl once told me she didn't really like Matt as much because Matt "looks like a gorilla." Although, to the WWE that's a *good* thing, right?

Well, yeah. But creative always wanted Jeff to be the star, not Matt. Maybe creative resents him because of this. He also got over on his own. Look at how others are punished because they got over on their own. That makes no sense--but it reminds me of something else in Matt's favor: He's a good worker in the context of the WWE style. It can't be that he wrestles a style that the office hates. However, Jeff was spot, spot, spot, spot--fucking up almost every damn one of them near the end. How could he be the guy WWE wanted to be the star? Besides the style, he's lankier, looks like a heroin addict, and he sucks ass on the mic. What the hell sort of star quality does he have? Getting over on his own though--that's a good bet as well.

Lessee... Matt is, if the WWE stats are correct, around 6'2", the minimum "idea" height for up-and-coming stars (Kurt and Austin are about this height). He's pretty much a WWE-developed talent through-and-through. Pretty darn good in the ring. Charisma out the wazoo, complete with nicknames, hand-signals, and other hooks. His "look" may or may not be what WWE wants, depending on what the hell they want at this point in time. --kinda narrows it down to him pissing some one off. Is there a reason I could have missed?
