Where do you live, cause you never know how close you are to an actual wrestling school? I live in Ecorse, Michigan which is right next to Detroit. I'm only a junior in high school though so I"d have to wait a year or two before I could go get trained.

I want to become a wrestler more than anything in the world. I just don't know when or where to get started.

Feuds That Could Have Happened But Never Did
DangerousDamon replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
I don't know why, but a Punk/Danielson feud in RoH would have been awesome. -
During the Edge/Eddie no dq match, Eddie says something in Spanish. Tazz: You know what that means? That means " I've got him in a rear chinlock." Cole: How would you know, you don't even speak English!

I left on the TV after Impact went off and this episode of MXC came on with TNA vs WWE. Pretty funny stuff. Just thought I'd share.

-From the CZW show, Bryan Danielson hit the ring and called all of the CZW fans "Pricks." He went on to tell them they did not deserve to see him wrestle in a "garbage promotion" and they could all see him later at ROH. Chris Hero hit the ring and the two went at it verbally. Danielson eventually got upset and said that because he was not being paid to be there, he was going to leave. Hero then attacked him, leading to Nigel McGuinness coming in from the front door to assist Danielson. This was followed by Claudio, for CZW, Roderick Strong and Austin Aries thru the front door again for ROH, Super Dragon for CZW, and then possibly Jimmy Rave from ROH. After brawling and fighting for a bit, the entire locker room cleared and the ROH wrestlers made their way out the front door! a) Derek Dempsey won the "Top of the Class Trophy" in a 4CS over Shane Hagadorn, Smash Bradley, and Pelle Primeau. Tree believes that Primeau was pinned. b) Jack Evans over Trik Davis 1) AUSTIN ARIES over RICKY REYES...Aries and Strong started the show and talked about how they were going to defend the tag team titles all over the World! Aries called out Reyes and they went at it in a very stiff manner. Reyes locked on his finisher, but Aries was able to arch and get the pin on Reyes. After the match, Reyes said 2006 would be The Rottwielers year! 2) NIGEL MCGUINNESS retained the Pure Title over TONY MAMALUKE 3) THE EMBASSY of JIMMY RAVE & ALEX SHELLEY over CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI & AZRIEAL...COLT CABANA was "injured" and could not complete. 4) BRYAN DANIELSON won the FIP TITLE over HOMICIDE and RODERICK STRONG in an Anything Goes 3-Way Dance...GMC was interviewed Homicide in the ring when Danielson and Dave Prazak who are part of DP Associates in FIP made their way to the ring. Since FIP is "Anything Goes" they challenged to make it a 3-way. Homicide and Strong agreed. As soon as the match began, COLT CABANA hit the ring and brawled with Homicide to the back. Strong and Danielson went at it in the ring and brawled around the building before Homicide eventually made his way back out. Strong seemingly had the title won when he had the Stronghold on Homicide. Danielson hit a roaring elbow, ko'ing Strong and then locked on an arm submission in the area of Homicide's injured shoulder to get the win and steal the title. 5) CHRISTOPHER DANIELS over JAY LETHAL...Post-match, Joe hits the ring and Lethal flees. Daniels and Joe go at it. Lethal joins in and he and Daniels argue over who gets to beat Joe down. BJ Whitmer hits the ring and hits a sick exploder on Daniels. Whitmer then cuts a promo, saying that he wants Joe 100% when he beats him later and rags on Daniels for bailing on ROH and The Prophecy in the past. Bobby Cruise then announced ROH's 100th show ever. It will be April 22nd in Philadelphia and the main event is the match that put ROH on the map: BRYAN DANIELSON v. LOW KI v. CHRISTOPHER DANIELS! 6) JACK EVANS won a 6-Man Manyhem over Kid Mikaze, Adam Pearce, Jason Blade, Sal Rinauro, and Trik Davis...Pearce had Mikaze beaten when Jack hit a 630 for the win. 7) SAMOA JOE over BJ WHITMER by KO 8) AJ STYLES over MATT SYDAL...After the match, AJ told Sydal this was a test. AJ wanted to find a new tag partner to win the tag titkles like he and Red once did. AJ told him to think it over, but Sydal said he did not need to and agreed to tag with AJ to face Generation Next down the road. Before the main event, CHRIS HERO showed up with other CZW wrestlers. 9) BRYAN DANIELSON over CHRIS HERO via tap out in about 35:00 After the match, Prince Nana hit the ring and offered to buy the World Title from Danielson. Danielson told him that money from Ghana was not worth **** and if he brought American Currency, they'd talk. Nana slapped him and Danielson struck back...leading to Rave and Shelley hitting the ring. Rave was set to hit "Greetings from Ghana" but Shelley talked him out of it and hit a move of his own instead to lay Danielson out. Rave gave Shelley an upset glare afterwards. NOTE:THe move Shelley hit was the Sliced Bread #2(it's Danielson's kryptonite you know). Supposedly he did the Spanky dance after it.

Minor Weird Things Wrestlers Have Done
DangerousDamon replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
In the Pure Title match at Final Battle 04, John Walters had wrist tape on just one wrist. That just looked weird to me for some reason -
"Alex Shelley & Austin Aries & Roderick Strong b A.J. Styles & Chris Sabin & Christopher Daniels. Shelley & Aries & Strong have been put together as a heel group with a push. Crowd loved this match and I was told it was a super match live. Shelley pinned Sabin with a shiranui." Marks out for Generation Next

Is anyone shocked by this. It happened in Detroit, one of the five most dangerous cities on earth. If this happened on the Strip in Vegas, or in downtwon LA, I would be shocked, I mean rappers never get shot there
-
No, its actually an R&B album, that isnt even his first R&B album. It's not bad at all, and the Mary J. Blige is good music, that is unless you happen to be one of those people who tunes out any form of urban music

Most forgettable stint in a promotion
DangerousDamon replied to King Kamala's topic in General Wrestling
Roderick Strong is quickly on his way to having a forgettable stint in TNA. -
I agree. Rene is most certainly better in the ring than Carlito or Masters.
-
Is Roderick Strong supposed to be a heel? He always teams with heels, but he never actually acts like a heel.

Kurt Angle vs. Christopher Daniels
DangerousDamon replied to Corey_Lazarus's topic in The WWE Folder
That's exactly what I was thinking. Daniels and Angle dont' really have all that much in common for them to be compared,IMO -
I think you have to watch the whole match and listen to the commentary to the appreciate the ending. Dragon thinks Strong isn't in his league so he toys with him at first, but when Rod starts laying in the hard strikes and chops, Dragon gets pissed. The whole match is basically both guys losing their tempers, which is evident at the end when Dragon puts Strong in that crazy ass armbar.
