Tell that to Nate Kaeding. Really though, the times that iceing the kicker actually works is evened out by the times the kicker "misses" but is saved by the opposing coach trying to ice them.

Has he ever NOT been booed while in front of a public audience?

Power to the people. http://webpac.sscpl.lib.in.us/CatalogDetails.aspx?id=422545 No wounder Springfield beats Shelbyville nearly half the time in football.

Hah. Jillian claims she was a cheerleader in high school. Look at that photo. She MIGHT have been one of the flag girls. Definitely not a real cheerleader though. Damn. Matt Hardy looks like he was about 8 years old in high school. There's always at least one token fat chick on every high school cheerleading squad from my experience.

Taco Bell has the lowest amount of soda sales for any fast food chain. I'm guessing b/c everyone just buys cheap shit from the drive thru and just drink what they have at home. It's an attempt to boost soda sales.

The ice the kicker feature sounds retarded. It never works in real life.

So VH1 is doing I Love the New Millinium. I knew they'd rush this ASAP, but I figured they'd at least wait until New Years Eve 2009. And it's pretty sad where 8 years into this decade and we havn't named it yet.

Drawn Togeather Took politically incorrect humor to new heights. Captian Hero is one of the funniest characters ever.

The Boondocks One of the funniest and by far the most subversive show on television.

Morman's are really nice, but it's super annoying when they go door to door trying to convert pepole.

Taibbi is by far my favorite political writer. I'm in the middle of Smell's Like Dead Elephant's right now. Can't wait for The Great Derangement comes out in paperback. He's pretty much the only thing I read in Rolling Stone right now.

Along with being neighbors to one of the lawyers when he was growing up who won season one, and being in the same bolwing league as Matt Campotili, are my only some of my only brushes w/ "famous" ppl.

I really liked Signs. I love the whole concept that if there was an alien invasion, they'd know not to use their technology, knowing that us humans would use nukes. I totally forgot about the whole water nonsense after only seeing it once. I see it as a great psychological thriller, with Mel Gibson (who I hate as a person) doing a great job as a family man turn by circumstances to question his faith (and I'm agnostic).

I saw that movie @ the 1/2 day @ the dollar theater. I was glad I only paid $.50, but I was an allright way to kill an hour and a half. *1/2. I don't hate, but I hate pepole that give it any love.

I'm jealous of anyone paying under $4. After driving around the Rochester area today, the avg. is around $4.25.

I'm tired of Tiger winning all the time and all the media hype, but GOD LORD I've never seen anyone dominate a sport in such an epic manner. I'm sick of it, but really deserves all the media blow jobs.

Another reason I really respect Mike Huckabee as a really great human being despite I have a completly different political world view: Huckabee Says Demonizing Obama `Fatal Mistake' for Republicans For the GOP, I'd disagree. Their attack machine is the best hope they have IMO. I respect McCain, but he's looking more and more senile. In a generally positive campaign, Obama's charisma and youth will prevail. In a negative campaign, Obama looks like a hypocrite, and their are plenty of little things right wing PACs can use to insinuate Obama isn't patriotic and a "secret Muslim."

I'm hoping for a well thought out debate concerning our Nation's energy policy.

That reminds me to draft some guilty pleasures.
