Man, Fox and the Hound... the part where the old woman's trying to get rid of the fox by dumping him in the forrest. That shit made me crey all the time as a kid. I need to watch it again. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't remember much about Fox and the Hound, except I saw it in the theater and it made me cry but I liked it for the most part. It's one of those B list Disney movies they don't pimp as classics, like Hercules, Valient, that Farm one from a couple years back. Even ones they pushed like Mulan aren't considered really to be classic. They havn't made a cell animated classic after Lion King and it's kind of sad.

I love the "never to be seen again" line considering all of Warriors attempts to remain a public eye. I wish their was some way to have some of his college speaking tours as extras. I do kind of wish it wasn't a total burial and Warrior could have shown up to share some of his "wisdom."

I don't think anyone who bothered to keep up with current events can say they're shocked about gas prices, and I'm sick of political cartoons showing the flooding of NO that use it as a metephor for gas prices. Pepole are dieing and your bitching about paying more. (Yes, it going to be a major pain in the ass paying for gas, but it's not comparable to going days w/o food and water ect.) This has been brewing for a long time nothing, and our leaders have done nothing about it. No major investment in public transportation, they've virtually killed Amtrak, did nothing about sprawl ect, and the auto makers did nothing to improve fuel effentiancy. A very minor investment could have put more Hybrid and fuel effiant cars on the road. Meanwhile the soccer moms tried to be cool and just had to have fucking SUVs.

I didn't care for his philosiphy, but RIP and thanks for years of service to the country. Let speculation for his replacment begin now.

I consider myself and enviromentalist, and I'd growing more in favor of it than I've ever been. But if you fuck up with it, a ton pepole can get killed and large areas become unhabitable. It's a still a gamble, but it's starting to look like its worth it.

I have the feeling I'm going to see $3 a gallon before years out and $5 by the end of the decade (based purly on gut feeling). China and India are going to keep on demanding more, and I don't see any signs that the average American is doing any thing to reduce consumption. (I'll admit I'm just about as guilty and anyone else). I just hope I find my self in a city with good public transportation or being able to afford a Hybrid in the next 3-4 years.

The new ABA is really bad minor league basketball. There's going to be like 64+ teams across the country, with a 32 team single elimintation tournement for the playoffs. There's a good chance that this team folds, so why not make a few bucks off of pepole who would just buy something that said Krunk on it?
