They will never bring the mask back. Not ever.

I think it's obvious Kane is talking about this man......
-
So the logical thing seems to be to turn Batista into the heel, but instead we get Kane? Either way, Raw needs a few more top-tier heels.

Cryme Tyme/Cena

cTc ....2 SWEEEEEEET.

JBL just stands there. This is great. I mean, I wouldn't bumrush three dudes with bats either but I'd run for some help somewhere.
-
It took WAY too long for someone to destroy the limo.
-
This should go an hour. Have HBK talking to Jericho on split screen.
-
Hulk Hogan & Kevin Nash did it with 3. Khali has done it with 2.
-
Lance Ca....oh, shit, sorry. I can't say that with a straight face.
-
This promo needs like every wrestler on Raw to come out.
-
John Cena's the greatest booker ever. His logic doesn't make any more sense than the others, he just gets his way.
-
Punk should have done the 'no microphone' schtick to Vicki.

Edge is...on the edge! He's in a downward spiral!

This show is so much better when there is "no control". If Vince kicks the bucket we might get 6.0 ratings.

There are two "screws" above the "c" and "n" in champion. It will curve around right there.

I actually don't have a title for my next project, and like all previous things it has jumped around quite a bit the last few days as I decided what I wanted to work on. But I have something now that I think will be doable, so I'm going to stick with it. It definitely will not be as long as IDRM is/was.

I thought I went through it fairly well for typos, but 'author's eyes' might have caught me a few times. I had it read through a second time by someone else for various things, but shit can be missed. It's a bane of self-publishing, I guess. My idea that David would just come and go, almost to the point of 'why even bother' had to do with the whole spontaneous traveler thing. He really didn't like staying in any one place for very long, and that first time he did sort of have his past thrown in his face. It just came down to each of them being a part of the other's lives, I guess. That is pretty much what I was going for in the end. The whole 'you never know who you are going to connect with' endgame. The fighting dialogue is quite real, and some of it's verbatim between myself and two of my ex's. Also, the narrator is actually supposed to be the harder one to relate to, because he's just so incredibly sheltered and anchored down to his lifestyle. David seems like he is the 'weirder one' and in some respects he is, but in others he is openly what most people want to hide away. Anthony is the only one throughout that calls him "David", only because that is how he was introduced to his name. Somebody, I can't remember who, referred to as 'unsettling formality' (paraphrasing).

I like how everyone seemed to be saying that Trevor was going to be the big break-out star of that tag team and now suddenly it has become the exact opposite. Both had potential, but we might not have all the story on why Murdoch got the boot.

3. Instinct / Turteltaub / 1999 I doubt anyone would pick this, but dammit it has to be on my island. Some very powerful scenes throughout and based on one of my favorite novels of all time (Ishmael by Daniel Quinn). "What did I take from you? What have you lost?!" Oh yes.

"I don't even know this guy!?" "Atlas Ortiz. Nice to meet you."
-
They wouldn't have to 'work together' so much as be the main antagonists.

Raw worked tonight, and it was for one reason. Pandemonium. For the most part it really seemed as though there was no authority. Edge crashes the party, Batista crashes Edge, Punk wins!, JBL goes nuts, Jericho flips his lid, etc etc etc. It seemed like while we might know who was coming out next we had no real idea what was going to happen. Sure, the Kane/Noble thing kinda fell flat, but everything else was pretty damn good. It gave me a reason to watch next week. For starters, I want to see more "spontaneity" and also there are tons of fun little storylines. I might not be a big Hardcore Holly fan, but I wonder what - if anything - he is going to do. I wanna see if Kofi exacts any revenge or what the deal was with Cryme Tyme of all people coming out to end the show. First Lance Cade and now those two, it's great! And hell, PUNK WINS! The best part in all of this seems to be that outside of JBL/Jericho/Cade there are really no big heels left. This is really Batista's chance to just destroy everything and claim his own dominance as one who "walks alone". Put him in the tweener role with Cena/Punk/HBK on one side and the aforementioned heel trio on the other with Cryme Tyme and maybe Dibiase/Rhodes (money money money!) on the other and just puree. Gang Wars might not have been the highlight of ten years ago but a big overarching storyline could be just what the show needs to get shit back on track.

Ray Masstrio is getting a little (ha, see what I did there) perturbed.

It is more "inspired by" than "about"...it ain't a biography or anything.
