Yeah, I could explain away every mystery on the island with that remark, but let's look at it seriously. It's not like they've never made mistakes. How about all those speeches from Ben and the Others where they preached about how they weren't murderers and never killed anyone? Yet nobody ever brought up how Ethan snuck in from the ocean and somehow beat Scott/Steve to death and broke half the bones in his body without anyone else noticing. I think it's fairly safe to assume that Ben and the Others aren't/weren't exactly the most honest of individuals.

So, I guess right now we know of around 10 people that get off the island. The Oceanic 6, Walt, Michael, Ben, and whomever is in the coffin. Of course, those could have crossovers, but at most it appears like ten.* *this doesn't count Aaron.

They didn't say 2 died in the crash. The pilots are not the ones. Jack claimed everyone died in the crash except for 8. 8 people, in his story, survived the crash, but only 6 apparently were rescued as far as it pertains to what the public and press know. That's what I got out of it, anyway. Either the other 2 died on the island or they were Michael and Walt. Also, Mik- That was a fantastic interview. EDIT: So does anyone agree with me about that being Nadia who was one of the 12 on Kate's jury? I could have swore Jack said something, and i'm paraphrasing here, such as "she tried to save two of them but they just didn't make it" after explaining there were eight survivors. The question I have is that why would Jack even say there were eight to begin with UNLESS that is part of the story they have to tell in order to sound believable to the outside world.

Pfft. You should see the promo about how Alan Clark gained the name "Bloodshed" ... http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...ic=38881&hl

The Xmas match was what I was talking about. Mike Cross and Akira Kawhatsits could do whatever they wanted, but if i did anything DQ-worthy I could be DQed and then the match would have been just Akira and Cross.

At least with Miles you can say he is or thinks he is a psychic. We do actually have people that claim to be that way in our world.

Sorry Toxx, I had a momentarily lapse thanks to having to write every triple threat for the past year as elimination style thanks to my Disney Sponsorship. Except, of course, for Xmas 06, which was when only I could get DQed. Of course triple threats are no-dq. Hell, I'm usually the one telling everyone in the WWE folder that every time they book one and someone uses a chair or something. Xmas 06 International Title...fun match right there.

Yes, but Christian's body wasn't in chunks floating in the ocean. I have yet to see a dead body make any kind of reappearance where the body was not intact at death. Honestly that's a big reason why I think Naomi is still around, outside of maybe them not having a chance to bury her before the help arrived and then them wanting to take her back.

Them titties ain't cross-eyed!!

I liked that Miz "off the back-over the top-rope choke" was pretty badass. and this needs to lead to Colin busting out something crazy like an STS or Burning Hammer or something.
-
I was hoping for "more championships than you've had women" right there.
-
A "fall" is pinfall or submission and maybe KO. I assume that a DQ might just get a person eliminated from the match.

I'm already a heel. I was a disney sponsored heel. The best kind of heel. Have a magical day.

"Wait...WHAT?!" Alan Clark sits on the floor in his hotel room staring at the telephone receiver. His mouth is agape and his eyes are wide as saucers. The voice on the other end seems to apparently mumble confirmation. "So, I lose the world title and you suddenly book me on some bizarre PR tour, keeping me away from the ring for four months and giving me absolutely NO time to get in a ring and train, and now that I come back and lose to one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of the company you decide that NOW is the time to tell me that my contract isn't being extended? I abide by all your rules and follow everything to the letter and you repay me by saying "Okay, we only had an eighteen month contract and we aren't renewing it!"? What am I supposed to do now, they want me at From The Fire!" There is more inaudible noise through the phone, and Alan can do little but nod his head a few times. "And what about Wal...oh...okay..." ...brief pause... "Reaaaaaally now? Is he aware of this? Okay. Thanks, or something." ... Alan steps out into the hallway of the hotel to find Walter Reynolds standing diligent guard. He pats the larger man on the back but keeps his eyes pointed to the floor. "Hey, Walter, buddy. You got fired." The words almost do not seem to register to Reynolds, who just looks down at Alan in shock. "Disney cut ties...again. But they apparently worked out a deal with the SWF due to the slight roster crisis. A contract is being faxed over." This changes the look on Walter's face quite quickly, as now a long grin starts to peel across his lips. "You told me you wanted to wrestle. Aren't you glad we had those chances to practice? We have to leave tomorrow morning to fly out to the next show. I'll try to get us some more ring time, okay?" Reynolds simply nods, and the two men head back into the hotel room, Walters's voice being the last thing heard before the scene fades to black. "I had thought about running an idea by you..........."

I like Burchill's look. -
I think HBK would be willing to bump and work his ass off to give Flair a good last match. It might not be a "classic" but I'm sure between the two of them they could do something worthy of a WM main event. I'm not sure I'd be totally behind ending the show with it, but it could be possible to at least be something special.
