I've had that problem too. Sometimes it comes back after a bit if I am on the Dashboard but I had LEGO Batman freeze on me last night and I had to reset.

I picked this up tonight having not played a Smackdown game since SD vs. RAW 2006. This new control scheme is going to take some getting used to. I like it since it gives you more control and gives you more to do in the ring (nothing beats chopping the shit out of someone in the corner), but I still keep wanting to hit a face button to try and do grapples.

Part 4 is up with the Six-man ladder match from 2000 at #8. Typical WCW thinking: put three tag teams in a match where the winner gets a shot at a singles title. The Steiners vs. The Road Warriors from '89 is #9. Check out Scott Steiner nearly breaking not only his neck, but Hawk's as well with a belly-to-belly from the middle rope.

I think that's coming in the first week of December.

Yeah, and a hearty "fuck you too" to Sony for that. If anything, the NXE is a hell of a lot easier on the eyes and I am shocked at how well the Netflix streaming works. I had my doubts but I just watched an episode of The Office that is just as good streaming as it is on DVD. I also like the little "XBox Live status" window in the network settings that tells you of any problems that are going on with the service.

That's another thing that bugs me. They fall in love because the storyline says they have to; there is absolutely no discernable chemistry between the two. Plus, she's blabbing to Papa Petrelli about everything he does.

How about Slap #4? Think that may be coming at some point this season? I would love it if Marshall saved the fifth and final slap as a wedding present for Ted.

I really hope that fucking tie doesn't end up screwing me out of the playoffs. I propose a system similar to college overtime where kkk thinks of a number between 1 and 44 with both participants guessing to try and get the closest. After the third round we then must try to name the US President that number represents.

He didn't have the name recognition of Rodriguez and Hamilton (who played on mediocre teams) or played on a playoff contender (like the rest of the field above him).

I'm going to just come out and say it: if it gets renewed for one, this show will not last past a fourth season. The ratings are slipping and the storylines are getting way too convoluted and the charm and grounding that the first season provided -- normal, everyday people discovering they have fantastic abilities -- is just gone. These characters are just not that interesting anymore.

That Elle/Sylar scene at the end made me yell "Oh, just fuck already!" at the TV.

Now I wish I actually put in for that "sneak peek" invite since apparently everyone that did will get it tonight. At least that means XBL shouldn't blow up on Wednesday.

I stay the fuck away from all cable news so I really haven't seen much of Palin aside from the usual late night talk show jokes.

I'm finally making headway in these contests; I'm bowl eligible in kkk's and keep my division lead (1 against Jack and possibly 2 against Kahran pending the NBC game) in this one.

I'm still hanging in there for a bowl bid, but I'm guessing I'll need about 236 things to fall my way.

Speaking of awards, Jerod Mayo is the Defensive Rookie of the Year; nobody is even close. Fucking BEAST this guy is.

I was tearing my hair out when they kept going down the middle with a minute left and no timeouts, but if they get 15-20 yards a pop with it with minimal effort, so be it. Gah, this team is two close games from being 8-2 with the fucking backup QB and half the defense injured. I really don't get why they didn't play man or an underneath zone on that 3rd and 15 play.

I was kind of half-watching this due to the football game, but I liked it. You gotta love Darryl's strut.
