I've had this service about two months, about four Nitros worth, and I'm already sick of the NWO's dick-stroking promos. It doesn't even seem like they have any kind of structure; it's just a couple of them wandering out, saying how great they are and how much WCW sucks and then their music kicking in before they are even finished (as was the case for the Hall promo an episode or two ago).

What's up with the audio mix on some of the matches on the HHH feature? The KOTR final against Mankind is especially weird; you can barely hear the crowd and there's big gaps in the commentary that leads me to believe some was edited out, but only JR and Vince are commentating, so it makes no sense.

I'm less concerned about Beckett's injury than I would have been if it happened this time last year, at least as the LDS is concerned. Don Orscillo and Harold Reynolds are the team for the AL Central/Rays matchup. I'm actually kind of interested to see how those guys mesh in the booth. Don should at least have some good insight on the Rays. And Dennis Eckersley is going to be a studio analyst which is a major positive since he's one of the best out there.

I didn't watch much of the Jets/Cardinals game today, but I saw enough to see that Brian Billick is completely lost in the announce booth. Maybe he'll get better as the season goes on, but he is a much better fit for a pregame show where they can at least discuss what topics they will cover beforehand instead of calling things as they happen.

When does the TSM Baseball Awards ballot go up? I'm really having a hard time not giving Sabathia the NL Cy Young after what he's done the past week or so.
