I was going to add that we were one step closer to a Chargers/Cardinals nightmare scenario, but I thought it would be missed under Dotel. This season's been a complete clusterfuck anyway, so I'm now EXPECTING that game to come about.

They gave absolutely no time to develop anything in the Rumble match and guys were flying in every 35-45 seconds by my watch, so it just ends up being a blur of mid-card guys that nobody bought as a shot to win. They might as well have had an HBK/Bulldog #1 contender's match. The undercard was strong for a Royal Rumble. It was damn good for a 1995 WWF show.

What was Lord Alfred's problem with the ref during the Haku match? He was on the poor guy's case all throughout the match. I would buy a "Best of Prime Time Wrestling" DVD even if it only had the studio portions. The Brain was on fire in this one. "Why don't you just sit down?" "I can't, there's a tree in my chair." "It's an artificial tree so I did an artificial job in decorating it."

I said to myself "fucking SOLD" when I saw that earlier today. The Bret DVD alone had a pricetag of 34.99. The other two sets I saw were an ECW set with the first One Night Stand, ECW's Bloodiest Matches and December to Dismember (well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad) and another Legends one with the Dusty set, the AWA set and one other. That's a really, really good deal. The tins are pretty nice, too.

One thing is go to the water treatment plant in Megaton during the day and speak to the guy in there. First he'll ask you to fix the leaks in pipes around town and if you do that, he'll ask you to bring him some Scrap Metal so he can keep things operating and will pay you something like 20 or 30 caps per piece you bring. Other than that yeah, you'll want to find side missions or the occasional trade caravan to slaughter if you don't care about karma.

Actually....it kinda does. At the very least it gives people some football to watch in that week between the conference title games and the Super Bowl. They could hold it at a major college stadium or somewhere near the Super Bowl site. It also is better on the players since they don't have to wait a few more weeks to trek all the way to Hawaii for a meaningless game. Obviously this would mean that players from the teams that are actually in the Super Bowl probably wouldn't play, but it isn't a bad idea at all.

Like I said last week, this team going 11-5 with the backup QB and all of the injuries and plugins on defense, slapping a lot of teams around as they do so, I will take after what happened in the first few weeks. Brady SHOULD be fairly healthy next year, they'll still have much of the offense together and they will be able to work on the defense through the draft and free agency, so this isn't the end of anything. The Jets, on the other hand......

Even though he didn't end last season on a high note, throwing a pick in the NFC title game is a better way to go out than throwing THREE when your team is fighting for the playoffs.
