WWE Byte This Report: Triple H, Orton, Regal
Spaceman Spiff replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Brock had nowhere near the backstage pull as HHH (if any at all). Raw '03 consisted of HHH killing of every face challenger on the show, to the point they had to bring Benoit over from SD to face him. Brock not giving back = blame bookers HHH killing off faces in 2003 = HHH shouldering a good deal of blame -
Never liked super-face Austin, but I absolutely adored heel Steve. From hugging Vince, to the Austin/Angle stuff, to the awesome matches w/ Benoit (and others), it was all good. Even if it was bad for business, I loved every second of it, even the "what" stuff (before the crowd started chanting it).

Pot, kettle...you finish the rest. -
Brock was able to keep up w/ the likes of Eddie, Benoit, Rey, plus got some Show's best matches out of him. Plus, he was one of the biggest bumpers in the company.

Mordecai... offender of religion..

Should have just given this gimmick to HBK... -
Except talented.

Rumors are the Dudz are turning heel, right? The only face team on the show is Rikishi/S2H, so the Dudz need a team to feud with. Kidman's doing nothing, Rey's doing nothing, Kidman w/ Rey makes Kidman more exciting. ::thinks:: ::thinks:: ::thinks:: I've got it! Um.....hold on.... ::thinks:: I guess they're right, I can't think of anything either.

I personally offer my services to help console Ms. Kolber. ::pops some Barry White in the CD player::

How 'bout Eddie Vedder & Jeff Ament as members of Matt Dillon's band ("Citizen Dick") in Singles.
-
Where would they put a team in NJ? They wouldn't put it in north Jersey, since the Mets & Yankees would overshadow them. Put it in central or south Jersey, and you'd have competition with the Phillies and/or Orioles. I can't see it happening.

Now I've got that song stuck in my head. "Life could be a dream, sweetheart..."
-
Here are a few As drdrainoscott said, there's no set lyrics to the song. Eddie changes them up pretty frequently at shows.

Randy Orton. After all, he does have 1 well-documented botch of it (vs. Jericho), plus it sorta looked a bit messy on HBK this past Raw.

I'd love for a wrestler to name his finisher "The Blown Spot", just to hear JR shout it at the top of his lungs. "(Wrestler) is going for it, YES! BLOWN SPOT! BLOWN SPOT! BLOWN SPOT! THE COVER! 1! 2! 3!!!"

Pearl Jam all dressed up Looks so...weird.

I found them like 5 years ago (at least). Just google up "clue sounds" (or something like that) and see what you get. I haven't searched for any since I found these.

And I use that clip for when my computer shuts down.

(I forget who): "Why is J. Edgar Hoover on your phone?" Wadsworth: "He's on everybody else's, why shouldn't he be on mine?" Wadsworth: "To make a long story short..." Everyone: "TOO LATE!" Wadsworth: "1 by 1, you all arrived." (I use this clip when my computer starts up) Wadsworth: "And, rrrraaaaaannnn down the hall!" (complete with arm raised, holding an imaginary knife) I used this avatar for a bit on this board a few months back:

--Chris Berman picking the Bills to win the Super Bowl every year (wait - he still does that, right?) --1 more thing on the scroll - when ESPN goes to commercial, the scroll doesn't freeze, and pick up where it stopped when the show comes back on. I'm looking for a particular score, and when the show comes back on, I have to wait through women's college basketball scores to finish (also - who the hell cares about women's college basketball scores anyway? why do they make the scroll?). Then, by the time my score almost comes up, they go to commercial again.

Just run a "Weekend at Bernie's" angle with Book & Angle.
-
Yep, that was their mid-70's defense. They also had the "Killer B's" name for their early-to-mid-80's defense.
-
Isn't that the same argument *against* making these changes? Are more people going to cheer for Benoit & Jericho just because they're billed as living in America? Replace "people" with "Vince McMahon".
-
They didn't wire her mouth shut permanently? Then I think the problem still remains.

Once upon a time... Smackdown > RAW

And who would you replace him with? -
Flair: "These aren't the droids you're looking for."
