Paul Martin? There's not really any real complaints. Nowhere near Bush's level. Our other PM, Jean Chretien, had been brain dead and quasi-retarded for a strong 3-4 years, but we don't make threads about it. Which puts them a bit above the Canadian Prime Minister. American elections are the most heated in the world. Look up election results for other countries. If they have a President, it's usually a strongman. And if they have a prime minister, they have coalitions and all that. American politics has a big rivalry between the forces of Democrat and Republican
