on checking the transcript.. you left out the punchline and then..

I think you underestimate the power of Satan worship. Prince and Michael Jackson both having hits is less likely than Iran, Malta, and North Korea will contributing troops to the coalition in Iraq. and Pop music isn't too popular anymore. But he faired better in life than MC Hammer

John Kerry isn't a magician. There's no way that Michael Jackson or Prince have a hit song, even if they were actually running this country. that doesn't seem to translate to CD sales though
-
who's had a better decade, Prince or Michael Jackson? both of them haven't had any hits since GHW Bush was in office
-
ok.. how about a bit more background on that guy from Richmond

Paul Martin? There's not really any real complaints. Nowhere near Bush's level. Our other PM, Jean Chretien, had been brain dead and quasi-retarded for a strong 3-4 years, but we don't make threads about it. Canada pays attention to politics, but it doesn't usually transform into a pinching and screaming match between the left and right wing. I'd say Canadians have more tact more than they don't care. Or that, in the grand scheme of things, the Canadian P.M has the same level of power as a high school student body President. -=Mike actually.. they elect the HS student council presidents by a popular vote. Which puts them a bit above the Canadian Prime Minister. American elections are the most heated in the world. Look up election results for other countries. If they have a President, it's usually a strongman. And if they have a prime minister, they have coalitions and all that. American politics has a big rivalry between the forces of Democrat and Republican

One speech from the floor debate which is either good (or loud) depending on your POV: http://www.samdamon.com/damon/tim_ryan.wmv and some more speeches from the floor. From the representatives for the bill and Rangel and again from Ron Paul

only two of the male candidates are clean shaven. The 13 bearded candidates will split the important "bearded" demographic. Which makes up 97% of Afghani male voters there's one article that says the female vote will be influenced by the male relatives. So tough luck for you Jalal! -

Jindrak didn't shoot the dart too, did he? they should have a Star Trek-inspired wrestler! I just realized that after seeing an ad for it on my UPN station -
nope.. he's the moderator for the third debate. Charles Gibson is the moderator tomorrow, I think I think the moderator for a town hall debate doesn't do much anyways, since he won't ask questions

I imagine he probably will. While I think the "Exhaustion" story is pure, unadultered bullshit (Bush just wasn't on, period), this is what they'll go with. However, considering how liberal Washington U. is, I'm a little worried about Bush. -=Mike I'd imagine Bush would make some sort of campaigning (not a speech) in suburban St. Louis (which is quite Republican). I don't see Bush doing much in Illinois (in-between Wausau, WI and St. Louis, MO) And I've heard that the audience won't be all Missourians, but a variety of soft-voters or undecideds from swing states the agreement says that the moderator will cut off the questioner if they try that
