I demand to be on the ballots for President I may not have the signatures, or the age, for office.. but I am awesome!

Does your definition of "Major Party" include a party which is on the ballot in 6 states and that couldn't even nominate a candidate from their own party?

Ok.. she's 18, she was driving, she went to change CDs, swerved into the other lane and hit a cop. Her car and the cop's car were both damaged big time. But, the cop has amnesia, and supposedly she's mentioned that she'll claim the cop was in her lane. Note to her and others: when you have a plan that involves lying under oath, don't tell people about it beforehand. At least I won't have to worry about her having a secret plan to take over the world.

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/a...r/carter_miller I bet that Carter has a lot of repressed rage that he could unleash if given the opportunity. Carter will hit him like he's an Ayatollah. To some people, that's too high of an average. BTW, why did Zell remain Lieutenant Governor for Sixteen years? He must have felt like a bridesmaid for at least two of those terms.

from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Yeah.. who needs a paper ballot or any sort of verification in case of a recount. What a bunch of friggin idiots in Georgia. Either they're going to get a wake up call when somebody does screw with the system, or that will happen and they won't care. and worse than Florida.. ouch..

The Democrat is Brad Carson, a rare man, since he is a Democrat who has a shot at holding office in Oklahoma. The Republican is Tom Coburn Via Salon: And here's some quotables from Coburn- "I favor the death penalty for abortionists and other people who take life." (BTW, as a Doctor, he performed two abortions) and he refered to "Oklahoma City Crapheads" too.. Someone find the exact quote on that.. Poll: http://www.w-r-s.com/articles/TVarticles/W...k2MQ_040913.pdf Carson (D) 39 (36) Coburn ® 37 (42) Bilyeu (I) 6 (5) Undecided 19 (17) Here's the spoiler http://www.channeloklahoma.com/politics/3709083/detail.html another article had her claim that she thought Dan Rather was calling her a whore. (what is it with people who claim to have radio devices in their heads and Dan Rather? I know it would be mean to go to Oklahoma and ask her "What's the frequency?") When an election could be decided by a woman with a radio in her head (*).. you know you got a classic * - Provided that Dr. Strangelove doesn't "pull away" from Carson

I'd prefer some way to verify votes in a computerized system. But, I guess if the computer tells us who won, then they won. You can't question the computer. I'm sure they have to be working on the security for the systems. -

This is the 1978 campaign literature that the article references: Fun literature notes: Bush graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. But, he attended public school in Texas around 1960. Presumably the "He got his MBA before going to the Air Force" was some sort of screwup. The 1978 Congress Race was the one that Bush lost when his opponent basically beat him on stuff like "Being a Real Texan". And Bush's commercial where he was jogging didn't help either. but i'm sure Matt Drudge has big links in the DNC.

I don't see anything to suggest Texas/OU won't be another OU victory. Note to the Longhorn QB: with about a minute left and a lead, don't go out of bounds on third down

Just wanted to dive in here amidst the politics and clarify that some of the movies were made during the Korean War, thus were in fact a wartime crime. And I don't think the popularity of the movies should determine the severity of the sentence. wait.. the guy went to North Korea in the 60s, and made films during the Korean War (in the 50s) obviously, we shouldn't ask why he did these films, we should ask how he traveled back in time.
