I found this stuff tonight while looking up Mexican Radio (XERF) origins. Here's the XERF article: http://www.ominous-valve.com/xerf.html The Doctor was named John R. Brinkley. He operated out of Kansas, and then Texas. His claim was that inserting goat glands into your scrotum would cure impotency. He started his own radio station to promote this, and other cures of his. and.. http://pw2.netcom.com/~mikalm/brinkley.htm Basically.. this guy almost became governor of Kansas. Around this time, he started his station in Mexico. And it all fell apart after the station was shut down and he had three heart attacks. Goat Glands.. ooooh yeah..

Bad news: Arkansas should have won that game Good news: I think Texas will fuck it all up again this year. They're always overrated

I tried submitting it to Fark, and it was submitted 15 months ago. It's probably fake -
They're still trying to master the new concept that Knute Rockne once called a "forward pass" so.. any word on if Callahan's been canned yet?

My best shot involves Arkansas beating those jackass Longhorns. Go Hogs!

Fuck.. Fresno State is just pounding KSU. I shoulda seen it coming after KSU's game with WKU. Well.. only the Big XII games matter in the long run. at least USM is beating the Huskers.

The Libertarian party just doesn't understand that there's not a country in the world with three major parties and that America's system isn't very helpful to third parties either. Plus, if they join either party, they're going to give up some of their ground. With the Dems, they give up the economic ideas and some of the social ideas. With the Republicans, they give up the social ideas, and some of the economic ideas. Granted, i'm far enough out there (in my Left-Libertarian state) to want at least the Libertarians in swing states to vote Kerry. It's just that it seems Bush is pushing for more big government and legislation based on morals and Kerry (of all people) might be closer to them. *shrug* -
I think some of you might be missing that little point there. It isn't like he deserted to Canada. He went over to the enemy (which in some alternate world could be forgivable I suppose) but then he ACTIVELY AIDED them in their war efforts against his fellow troops! That's not good. It's pretty bad, in fact. I don't think we've been at war with North Korea for about 50 years. The charges about his movie role depend on how widely seen the movie was. Anyways, he's useful if he has any good information on North Korea

Economic Left/Right: -2.50 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.64 Yay left-liberals! Here's a short summary of my views.. at least the ones I remember from the quiz *Keep Gov't out of people's bedrooms *Legalise Marijuana (actually, they didn't ask, but I don't see the Constitutional justification for Federal Drug Laws {"Narcotic Prohibition"} either. Leave it to the states) *You can't legislate morality, since not even all sects of Christianity are the same for this. And as well, if you put a church or religion too close to government, you corrupt the church in the process. The ecnomic stuff put me a bit to the left. But then again, there has to be a way to make spending more 'efficent'. Basically, to not waste it on total bullshit. As well, there's revenue potential with some drugs (Yay Sin Tax!). But, no internet tax please. I'm sorta blanking out on other things raised.

http://examiner.net/stories/091104/spo_091104057.shtml And I knew and graduated with this guy. So.. yeah.. he's a bit.. unique.. Basically, a lot of the range for his acting involves characters who are a bit crazy. He was cool, in an odd way. Hopefully he avoids getting hit on the head too many times. Good luck to him too.. because I need to claim that I know someone with some fame.

I'd imagine he'll get a light sentence, or he'll be sent to Iraq. The weird thing is that Jenkins' relatives dispite the letters that he wrote about defecting and they claim he was abducted.

The transcript referred to Manley as a "Document and Handwriting Expert".. I'd guess document experts will comment on documents, such as the CYA memo

yeah.. that's another good point. Using sales taxes on Amazon is another bad idea. Although, Amazon hasn't really helped bookstores. But, that's the system for you. They'll adapt to Amazon. They should have renewed the moratorium anyways.
