Those who think they're the closest to Christ, while disregarding what he said, will burn the most. Just a theory.

Dick Cheney brings the optimistic campaign

one correction.. the Kitty Kelley claim involved Mike Wallace having a relationship with Nancy Reagan, not Ronald Reagan. That's all -

I don't think you'll be close to buying it if they have 8mm film of it happening. Although, I don't know if Barnes will be going to jail for his first time if he gets nailed on perjury. He was also involved in some Texas scandal in the 1970s. And someone with the attitude of "I gotta help the rich kids get out of Vietnam" (as he said) is probably going to get nailed on ethics charges. It's the legal system, not Bush. I really don't claim that either. #1 - the state has 254 counties (Texas is the only state that can choose to divide itself into five states) #2 - probably something involving corruption. Maybe involving James Ferguson specifically. I'd figure a Texas governor would have done something to lose his pardon power. #3 - The drinking water is bad. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/polit...arnes092899.htm I'd imagine the part of dispute involves if Barnes said that Bush's family didn't do that while under oath.

Mike, do you dare to break the Iron Circle?

I just saw the movie today, and it was funny, but i'll have to see it again because I was in an AMC theater and one other person was there. It hits close to home. And the FFA rules you.

And he also thought there should be a rollback on the tax cuts for the wealthiest in order to pay for it. Damn him and his insistence on not spending tons more than we take in!

Wait.. saying stuff that counters the charges you're currently making, while having ties to one side.. Mike, stop smearing Ben Barnes if you can't refute his allegations. Bush's press secretary McClellan (*1) did call Barnes a partisan. Although Barnes did endorse McClellan's mom in 2002. But then again, you can't be too partisan in Texas, or you'll be unemployed. *1 - I miss Ari And a fun fact about Barnes and the office he held. From what i've read, the Lt. Governor of Texas has more power than even the Governor. I suspect there's a specific story that explains why they didn't give the Governor so much power, but I think Bush couldn't commute death sentances.

I'm now taking bets on a Miller v. Carter duel

Nah, he was Governor from 1991 to 1999 and Lieutenant Governor from 1975 to 1991. "He was once a lieutenant governor – but he didn't stay in that office 16 years, like someone else I know. It just took two years before the people of Massachusetts moved him into the United States Senate in 1984." - Zell Miller on John Kerry -
someone should form a group called "Democrats for Keyes" as a joke

She's scheduled to be on "Today" tomorrow. Nice to see them sticking to their journalistic guns. -=Mike I wouldn't exactly claim the Today Show as journalistic. It's more of a talk show. Do you know how many "news stories" pop up there? Jesus, did the press EVER dismiss the "vast right wing conspiracy" nonsense of Hillary? -=Mike I'd consider it still a talk show. And that's not because i'm biased against Willard Scott's birthday greetings. And conspiracy was probably the wrong word to describe the efforts against Clinton. It was definately vindictive. There were some characters who had long standing grudges against Clinton. It seems like so long ago too. Those were the days. -
Well.. it could be close to the largest margin for a Democrat/Republican race. Although South Carolina gave us a 82%-18% whupping in 1956. Georgia gave us a 93%-7% race in 1932. It'll be the largest beating in Illinois history though. As for Jesus and campaigns, I don't know how he'd vote, but I suspect his followers would stage a write-in campaign for him (which he wouldn't encourage). No word on if his campaign could beat the Pharisee candidate. Word is, he's weak on the Sabbath issue.

You'd think the 'Gay Sex' claim would mean more than the Cocaine. Although there are various politicians who have done illegal drugs, while still supporting the Federal Drug Laws (or even the "Be tougher" drug laws). I remember Clinton was the subject of rumors about cocaine use. And some other stuff, like sterility (which could have been tied to the cocaine) since he had only one child and all that. Granted, the people who believe Kitty Kelley books and use that as inspiration to come out and vote against Bush are probably ones who are easy to persuade in the first place. -
http://www.wonkette.com/archives/update-ke...nuts-020891.php I'm sure there's some gun experts here who can tell us the difference between pistol and shotgun grip. I'm working off of other sources since I'm nowhere near a gun expert and I suspect Mike is probably a bit biased against Kerry (just a hunch )

Zell Miller.. I'll revive my career by unleashing my fists on your face! I'll stick this up your ass! I'd imagine that if Zell gets really mad, he would pummel University of Florida graduate and Matthew Perry lookalike Joe Scarborough. -
It's not. You're on the internet where conspiracy goofs tend to congregate regardless. -=Mike ...Who's waiting to see how seriously the press treats Kitty Kelley... If claiming Ronald Reagan and Mike Wallace had a sexual affair doesn't kill most of your credibility, nothing will. I wouldn't get too worried over a Kitty Kelley book. And yeah, it's the fucking Pentagon, what do expect it to do? collapse? It's like a treestump! I had heard of the Pentagon theory before, but it seems like it's getting mentioned more in the last few weeks as opposed to the last 3 years.

yeah, I could fix that on an edit. I did edit in "Hootie and the Blowfish" too. I'd imagine a Zell Miller v. Hootie and the Blowfish fight would be interesting
