I'm on right now, if anybody wants to get in a game. I'm not hard to talk into a game. Gamertag is down below.
-
I think this game was an abberation of sorts, because Alex Smith (according to these numbers) went 18/23 for 292 yards and 4 TDs. Good game, Broward.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009
Agent_Bond34 replied to Matt Young's topic in Video Games
I've had this happen with timeouts before on NCAA Football. I go to call a timeout in the closing seconds of a half/game and the time just runs out on me after having pressed the button twice. Rather frustrating. -
If anybody is good for a league game right now, I'm up for it.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009

It's all of xbox live though, not just madden. I know. It's even worse on games like Call of Duty, Gears of War and Halo from what I've heard. -

That's about par for the course, Matt. I wouldn't expect anything less from some of these kids on Madden. That's why I've stopped playing the randoms. -
And Michigan scores.
-
I agree, fuck Oregon State. Stanford too.
-
I love this time of year.
-
Isn't it about 8-9 hours difference from the West Coast?
-
I'm good to go. Just hit me up whenever you see me on.
-
Now that's what I like to hear.

I still play NCAA and I've noticed there is more pass rush than there was before. Before the patch, pass rush was non-existant. -
Yeah, I occasionally get those problems too. Even on NCAA Football, which had it's second patch release a few days ago.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009

Matt is right. The way things are going now, it'll probably be JT O'Sullivan starting Week 1. This will be his 2nd straight preseason game he's started, and he's also taken more reps with the first team in recent time. Unfortunately, I think Next USC #55 may be right, this team probably won't make the playoffs with Alex as a starter. I'm starting to believe that last year's fiasco might have just ruined him completely. Doesn't help when you're publically feuding with your head coach regarding your health when it's quite evident that you're still hurt. -

It seems as if most Raider fans I've encountered (except for a select few) seem to fit this description. Unfortunately, VX is right. They're pretty much at the same level, although the 49ers have had a better shot of making the playoffs in recent time (2006) than the Raiders have. Even without that, they'd still be at the same level. -

I like that there are 10 EASW slots as opposed to 5 on NCAA Football.
