This is how I went from about 195 to 165, which is where I'm at now. I did NOT join a gym, although that does help. Every day, I did some sort of exercise. On one day, I'd do push ups. This might sound a little strenuous, but what I'd do is 3 sets of 20 push ups. Most of the time, when I started, I wasn't able to finish the second set. The next day, I'd run in place for about 30 minutes while listening to some music that pumped me up. The day after that, I'd do 3 sets of 50 sit ups...remember, it's not important to finish, just to reach the level where you can't take it anymore. I'd rest the next day and then start the exact same routine for the next 3 days again. As for the diet, you don't have to change the way you eat much. Try to cut the portions you do eat by at least 1/3rd and limit your condiments. For example, mayo is PURE fat and if you can cut things like that out, you'll do better. Dames

Bps, I was thinking that exact same thing last night upon my first viewing. Shame on me for not mentioning it in my Diatribe. When PPV buys is what you're banking on to be successful, why wouldn't you advertise a match of that proportion? It seemed to be thrown together at the last minute though. Dames

Tuesday is LOADED with hot prime time shows and Monday or Thursday would be direct competition with WWE. Friday and Saturday are always bad times for wrestling. Sunday could work but then you're a victim of the HBO shows and WWE PPVs. Looks like Wednesday is their only solid time slot possibility, but what would that do to their PPVs? Would they scale it down to one a month or what? Dames

I'm almost positive that LOTR will retake the top spot once they add the Return of the King preview at the end of the film towards the end of its release. That's what I'm waiting for. Dames

Also, I forgot to mention that I was way off on my prediction. I thought that with Kirk stripping Father Mukada of his powers, eventually he was going to go mad, end up killing Kirk himself and end up as a prisoner of Oz in an ironic twist. Dames

My FIRST thought when they said "group photo" was....yep..Kirk's dead. He's probably the only character I REALLY wanted to see die. I've felt compassion for almost everyone at some point. Dames

Well, this new episode was a trip. Beecher is paroled...but still has a few days before he can leave. I'm sure something will happen not allowing him to go free. Robson being a prag...didn't see that shit coming. Winthrop looks really different without all of the make up on. Thank god for no "spit" takes during this show...although watching Robson get "spooned" was almost as bad. Dames
