Heres a perfect one, Shining Force 3 for the Sega Saturn. What the hell was that? I remember getting to the end of the game and thinking "thats it?" No stand-out characters like in the previous games either. Did they either make another after that?

The Thing game which came out a couple of years ago sounded like it had real promise, but was far too deterministic. For instance the same people were the thing in every game, so once you knew it was coming, you could prepare to take out that person straight away. Plus the game cheated, because even if you did the blood test a few seconds before the transformation, and it was clear, the change happened anyway. A real dissapointment all round.

The only new album I bought this year has been Devon Dazzle and the Neon Fever by Felix Da Housecat, there is nothing else which has really interested me this year at all

It was on the news last nite (but only on ITV, which pulls this stunt all the time with movies), and in the tabloids today, and funny enough they have got most of their facts wrong as usual. This is typical of the U.K., every 5 years or so there is a backlash against violent movies or games and its always the same news agency leading the charge. Hopefully it will blow over without too much fuss.

Did Marvel ever collect issues of What If in TPB. Just wondering as I love the concept and series and would like to get more of them?

I've nearly cleared my local store out of the back issues, which is why is why i'm looking for collected issues. Some I ggot were pretty good (WI the Avengers lost Operation Galactic Storm) to utter shit (What if The Richards second child had lived). I'm also quite partial to WI the Marvel superheros lost Atalantis Attacks, since it ended on quite a downer, as they usually pull away from having things end in complete defeats
