Actually Nintendo is selling them at a lower cost, since the average brand new GBA game sells for $30-35 on average.

Jessica Drew isn't Alias. Jessica Jones is Alias. Though technically Jones is a rip-off of Drew because Bendis originally wanted to make Drew be Alias but had to create a bastardized version of Drew in order to get Marvel to let him make Alias be a mature audience book (since Marvel didn't want one of their existing characters being revealed to like taking it up the ass). That being said, the fact that Cage is on the line-up is clue enough that Bendis's Anal Sex loving Mary Sue will be a major part of the book. It's the only reason Cage is on the team.....

Current word is this from TVShows on DVD (which suprisingly pulled the news article off their website after posting it, opting to wait until Lion's Gate gives an official press release to them): That Lions Gates had access to two sets of Masters for Alf Season One. The Uncut NBC airing version and the Cut Syndication version. Apparently the Uncut Masters needed to be remastered so Lions Gates (apparently not wanting to spend money on fixing the uncut episodes) opted to just use the cut Syndication masters for their DVD release.

It's $20 a game not for a $20 compilation cartridge with all four games on it....

They've only fought twice. Once was early on in Deathstroke's book (#7 IIRC) and then in Detective Comics #710. First match ended with Deathstroke winning and Batman won the rematch over a decade later.....

All that's out at the moment are the individual, bare-boned copies of Kill Bill V1 and V2.....

IIRC Quentin has stated that the whole purpose of the anime sequence, besides him wanting to include an anime sequence in the film, was to allow him to get away with having his version of O-Ren's origin without being censored do to the fact that having a 12-13 year old female actress castrate a pedophile and to be surrounded by flying guts, rape, and dismembered body parts would have resulted in the entire sequence either being horribly cut back or all together cut from the film do to the MPAA.

Bryan Singer leaves X-Men to direct Superman
JasonX replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Television & Film
A second season X-Men episode that also functioned as "Lifedeath Part III" (but with the Shadow King ramrodded into the episode for no damn reason except because they needed to have the Shadow King appear in an episode) with the way that the episode is a continuation of sorts of Lifedeath II. To be fair, the best thing is to just write Storm and use Jean Grey (who is the character that they REALLY need to recast given how Famke Jansen can only play evil sexpots and was even WORSE that Berry in the two X-films)'s death as an excuse to write her out. As for Singer, I pray that he gets fucked in the ass ala Kevin Smith and goes running back to 20th Century Fox and begs for his old job back. Seriously, I want to see barbara streisand's hairdresser make Singer miserable 24-7 and for him to take every opertunity to castrate Singer until he's a creative eunich that he quits the project.... -

It was a reference to the fact that everyone thought Alberto committed all of the Holiday murders when in reality he only committed half of the murders. A factor that was made all the more easy with the fact that Alberto was quite willing to take full credit for all of the murders. That being said, one of my major complaints about Dark Victory, the sequal to Long Halloween, is the fact that they totally drop the ball in terms of following up on Gilda being one of the Holiday killers.
-
Gilda Dent did the first set of murders. She quit right before Alberto Falcone's "death", which was a ruse so as to allow him to go around killing the next set of victims using the Holiday MO. Harvy Dent can be considered Holiday only in the sense that he killed The Roman on a holiday and the fact that he didn't correct Batman and Gordon when they decided that Harvey was the second killer with the revelation that he was talking about his wife, when he revealed that there were two killers...

Kingsley was the first Hobgoblin. He used a crook named Lefty as a stand-in Amazing Spidey #244 (Hobby's third appearance) and he dies in that issue. Now here is where it gets complicated. Roger Stern left the book after ASM #251 and doesn't tell anyone who HG was supposed to be. Ultimately Ned Leeds is offered up as Hobgoblin but not before Christopher Priest killed Ned Leeds before the big reveal. So Marvel decides to make things even worse by going through with Ned being the Hobgoblin AND keeping him dead. Worse off, they promote Jack O' Lantern as the new Hobgoblin to boot. When Roger Stern was brought back to sort out the Hobgoblin mess in Hobgoblin Lives, he kills off the JOL Hobgoblin and restores his origin of Hobgoblin, which makes for four Hobgoblins instead of three, though many Spidey fans don't recognize Leftie as being Hobgoblin since he was just a patsy. Basically DeFalco revealed that Mad Jack was Mysterio's female cousin Macquire Beck. She gets arrested and goes to jail BUT Brian "I'm a talentless and cancerous fuck" Bendis later retcons her as being the original Jack O'Lantern in drag. Oh and that his death in Hobgoblin Lives never happened and he's been alive and well all of this time.

Earth X is readable but the rest of the trilogy sucks donkey balls.

Tying Brown into the possible parasite scam: Brown does indeed have a parasite and that someone (say Giambi or his doctors) came across the notion that they can play the "parasite" card too and claim that Giambi has the same health problem as Brown.

I miss my brother and will only play better if Jeremy is a Yankee too so I can be with him all of the time while playing....

The 1970s What If series was utter and complete unreadable shit. The 1989 series (or at least the first fifty issues of the 1989 series) was much much much better and much much more readable.....
-
In the early 90s, Marvel put out a "Best of What If" trade paperback. The bad news though is that it only collected issues from the original 1970s What If series and not the 1989 series that most people remember. The TPB is OOP (Out of Print) and pretty rare do to the fact that Marvel gave the trade a pretty low print run.

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/a...v/tv_sopranos_2 Essentially, HBO have told David Chase that they aren't going to schedule the final season until 2006 so as to give him more time to perfect the final season. Also they are saying that they are in talks to do more than the originally announced 10 episodes of the series.

Don't think so. Oz is cancelled and the actors/creative team have all moved on to other projects.

I disagree. If anything the show's writers have given up any semblence of a coherent storyline with the way that they've brought almost everyone back and the fact that they've been focusing too heavily on characters who are pretty much one-dimensional (most notably TJ and Cammy). Which is why I think they shouldn't bring him back. The show has pretty much lost it's way in terms of mocking the reality show genre so why not do something as unexpected and shocking as to eliminate Tim? I disagree, if only because Tim has stayed pretty much low-key while the writers have had to dedicate most of their time and energy towards Ingrid that we haven't seen much of him to care about what happens to him. If anything, the producers seem to be going out of their way to paint Tim as an ass in regards to Bryce, who the writers seem to be hesitant towards pushing as being a total psycho (though that may change with next week's episode).

Given how there was huge rumors early in the year about Giambi going cold turkey on steroids, maybe that has to do with it, IE Giambi is suffering from steroid withdrawl related health problems from giving the roids up and all of this is talk about intestinal parasites is just a distraction from it, since if the truth came out it would FUBAR Jason given his testimony at the BALCO grand jury?

The Matrix wasn't something they pulled out of their asses. It was well established in the comic before Transformers the movie (which gave it a shitty rename of the matrix).

It's been heavily rumored by those involved in the shooting of the new Prequel footage that Lucas plans to insert into Return of the Jedi's DVD release that Jar-Jar is supposed to return to his homeworld at the end of the Prequel and that there will be a sequence in the new ending of ROTJ where we see Jar-Jar as the leader of his people and him reacting to the fall of the Empire......

No but there is a great deal of karma of Giambi falling to bits upon going to New York given the way that he fucked over the As and his fans by going to the Yankees and becoming their Meterosexual Poster Boys for Players Who Chop Off Their Balls once they join the Evil Empire....
