So if you went up to a mark in '98 and said who's gonna win at WrestleMania? They would have been all, "Austin cause he rooooools hell yeah!!" Marks are easy to mold. They see wrestler A look strong and make wrestler B their bitch. Marks think Wrestler A cannot be beat and that wrestler B is a loser. Granted that didn't happen in Austin/HBK, but at that point Austin was so freakin cool that even HBK and Tyson didn't hold up in marks' minds

The same thing they thought about HBK when he faced Austin in 98? Hell, the situations are almost identical except that Micheals was rarely doing anything physical due to the back injury. The marks all knew Austin was going to win there was no doubt there at all. Just like most of the marks you ask right now would say Brock is going to win because he looks so much stronger than Angle.

The problem is it doesn't matter what we say. Why we're bitching is because of what the marks will say. Look at the WWE marks........think like they do.....put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself what are they thinking about Angle right now? Brock is still getting pretty good face pops from the crowd and they see him constantly go over Angle and Team Angle how long does it take before they write Angle off as "good as dead"?

But the point is we've been hearing that over and over and it never happens. If I had a dime for everytime I hear "wait until next week....or wait until he debuts.....or wait until the ppv" I'd be pretty well off. Haven't we learned our lesson yet? Even if he does beat down Lesnar next week how much damage has been done so far? It's like Jericho finally getting a sledgehammer shot in on HHH a week before WrestleMania last year....too little too late.

The show ended with Angle laying on the ramp in pain while Hass and Benjamin were laid out at ringside and Brock just walks away after taking them all out.

You didn't watch Royal Rumble did you? Yup, sure did. The heat was all from Angle. He never ever gets heat like that elsewhere. The fans hate Angle, and he almost defeated him. It was an absolutely great match, and the fans gave him credit for it. But that didn't parlay into anything, thus my feeling the crowd was just hating Angle so much they were cheering for Benoit. Benoit is back to square 1, no one cares. They didn't JUST cheer him for almost beating Kurt. They gave him a Standing O after Angle had left ringside.

I think it's because that's the move Brock did to Angle. So Brock is like "Hey remember this?"

As long as it's not a sickly looking girl I don't mind one with a tatto or some piercings. Ugh Brock needs a manager.

I have no problems with tatoos on women as long as they're not ugly tatoos and as long as there isn't too many of them.

I've always found Lita to be a horrendous wrestler and a horrible speaker. She's cute somewhat, but even then she doesn't do much for me.

there was a couple of moves during that match that looked stiff. They really are dangerous in there when they don't know how to wrestle that well.

So I guess they finally ended the whole Al Wilson/Dawn/Torrie storyline since this is the first time it's been mentioned in weeks.
