The OAO Mystery Science Theater 3000 Thread

True. I was just trying to include a Joel episode into the list, hence why I did those two choices. Though chronologically, Larry's last ep is on DVD already (104-Women of the Prehistoric Planet was taped after 113-The Black Scorpion). -

Yes, yes it is. The next collection I think should be an "endings" collection: 113-The Black Scorpion (by numbers, the last Larry ep) or 512-Mitchell (Re release, Joel's last ep) 624-Samson vs. Vampire Women (Frank's last ep) 706-Laserblast (Last Comedy Central ep) 1013-Diabolik (last ep) EDIT: Or, if you want a different new ep in place of 113/512, you could have 1001: Soultaker as the episode...since it has both Frank and Joel in it. Messes up the dynamic...but still. -

Volume 10 is official! Source: Satellite News (www.mst3k.com) Godzilla vs. Megalon alone makes this a good collection. -
Nah, the chop is reserved for Khali...or Triple H when fighting midgets.

Just had an idea for a reunion special for MST, that would encompass all the on-air regulars for one last (ok, MAYBE last) movie. Start with focus on Joel, driving down a highway or something. After a few seconds, in a flash of light, he vanishes. Cut to Mike and the Bots' appartment (seen at the end of the last episode). They're debating...something or another...until in a flash of light, they too vanish. They all appear on the rebuilt Sattellite of Love (maybe with Movie look, maybe the Sci-Fi look). When they're contacted by the Mads, we find it was the team of Observer...and an older (and maybe wiser) Dr. Erhardt that brought them together. An alliance of all the Mads think they have found the movie that would break humanity, and put all their chips on the table in sending it to both hosts and the Bots. From there, whatever movie is chosen could be riffed upon. Oh, and to get everything of the past included, maybe some temporal problem causes Crow and Tom's voices to change periodically, allowing both Weinstein and Murphy to play Tom in the ep, and both Bellieu and Corbett to play Crow in the ep. Was just a thought that I wanted to bounce around. EDIT: Possible movies they could do Anything starring Hulk Hogan Either version of "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" (even though it's Fish in a Barrell) "Plan 9 From Outer Space" Battlefield: Earth Hercules In New York (Sorry Governator) And that's just a few off the top of my head. -
Do you mean the Planet of the Apes one or the Mystery Science Theater 3000 one?

Modified from the ECW page. Just wish I had the proper font...ah well.

Holy... No Edge run-in! EDIT: OK, I was wrong.

It's Joel Gertner Jr.!

No chickens tonight for Roadkill. They REALLY need to get the Pulp Fiction promos in though. ...or, if they can't get that song, something similar.

I kinda like the third one. Though it could also be used for a mat wrestler (High School/College/Olympics) who is really good at it.

Triple Threat set-up?

Van Dam's getting more offense here than at One Night Stand.

Barbeque Skittles? ...JR is a sick man.

I severely doubt Bulldog's sitting at home. Unless he's been ressurected.

OK...Hunter does a good Vince. Which...is sadly scary, but it made me laugh.

And for the perverts in the crowd who think dirty (and that's most of us), Brooke, IIRC, is of legal age now.

Haas with CHARISMA!

Val and Vis for tag contenders. Hell, Viscera's weight is about 2 1/2 Spirit Squad members put together.

Wrong thread.

And now, Cade and Murdoch come out. Match? Or just another of Murdoch's movie reviews?
