The battle royal gives me a match up I wanna see: Kurt Angle vs. William Regal.

He's from Pittsburgh. Don't EVER mistake that to someone from Philly. Luckily, I'm from Southern New Jersey, so I don't really care.

I'm wondering the same thing. Brock got a combat knife in the middle of his and now Steiner has his gothic cross stabbed through a heart. I guess the chest tattoo is the fad for 2005/6 like the lower/upper back tattoos were of the past couple years. And Bam Bam Bigelow is waiting at his deli for the day when Head Tattoos return to prominance.

IIRC, they had a pretty good match back in 2003 (I believe) in a contender's tournament. Course, Taker was still Bikertaker at the time.

I disagree with it being a less established, less over star. It should be someone on the cusp of something big. Giving the ball to any ol schmo and telling him to run could be a disaster. Which is why I've suggested (and, at this past Smackdown since I went there live) that Rey Mysterio be the one to end Taker's streak. A lot of the people I suggested this to liked the idea.

Eh, I think the main reason behind something like that is that they didn't want to try and explain how 20-25 foot tall robots could all of the sudden become small enough for a human to hold and pick-up.

Especially since Kid Kash is injured and probably won't be defending the belt anytime soon. ...not that it really matters to Vince either way, but still.
