But Hey, I remember Gorilla Monsoon saying on an edition of SNME that Earthquake shouldnt be allowed to accompany Dino Bravo because he doesnt have a Managers License.. Jesse asked 'how do you know he doesnt have a managers license gorilla?' to which monsoon replied 'Because he holds a Wrestling lisence... and you cant hold BOTH licenses... get that guy outta here!' OK, watching this Raw (the Tribute to the Troops show) made me think of something... What are some places, currently active, that would be good for outside WWE events? I ask because I think outside WWE events are neat, because they have a different look than typical WWE events.

Yeah, that's what I heard too. Jimmy Hart was making most of these themes, and owned them partially, but they didn't want to pay the royalties for some reason. That doesn't explain why Taker doesn't have "Rollin'" at Mania X8 (haven't looked at the X-Seven disk yet), especially since he does at XIX from what I've read.

Maybe they think he's Earl, and the residual controversy as a referee in the past will carry over to him.
