This is listing a game title, not defending a game. I implore you, defend this thing, because I cannot think of a single positive aspect about it. It's neat that they gave it three level variants - the first level where you're shooting things on what looks like a level design from Outrun looks pretty cool. The side-scrolling level where everything pushes you back half a screen is pretty annoying though. That's the Commodore 64 version of Superman. I think the one mentioned was the Nintendo 64 version of Superman, which was a LOT different.

WWE General Discussion - September 2008

There was another Shotgun Saturday match that I remember liking: Steve Blackman vs. Stevie Richards. Richards was dressed as Blackman. This was a few weeks after he worked with Foley while dressed as Dude Love. Mid Match, the Blue Meanie comes out...dressed as Dude Love. Just seemed funny to me. I always thought the bWo guys each dressing like a different Foley character would've been amusing. Who would be who? -
I'm glad Darkseid is in the game. Just so I can sim a Captain Marvel/Darkseid match. I don't think those two ever fought in the comics...
-
Didn't that game have both the red and yellow and the nWo Hogan as well as both the surfer Sting and the crow Sting? Never played it, but I remember seeing something like that in a game guide a friend of mine had for the game, and just making sure that I'm not imagining things.

Andy: I always went for good ranks, hence why I hated the SA2 "Hunters" missions. I will agree SA1's were more enjoyable though.

I don't know about how Sonic '06 plays, but

SA and SA2 haven't gotten too many bad reviews when they came out, IIRC. Sonic Heroes was mixed, but I liked that. Was great to have Metal Sonic as a villain again and the team dynamic was unique for a Sonic game. Plus, no stupid "Hunt for Emeralds/Keys" missions from the two Sonic Adventure titles. Heck, for the time I had it, I kinda enjoyed "Shadow the Hedgehog" too. First off, I didn't think of it as a Sonic game, but an attempted spin-off (something most reviewers seem to have trouble with). You know, like how a Wario game shouldn't necessarily play exactly like a Mario game. But I also liked the branching paths, with multiple different ways to beat a level. Lots of replayability.

Wow, they transferred Primo pretty quickly. ...though it is interesting to see a new legit brothers tag team again after so long. -
...anyone know anything about this "Swagger" guy?
-
Colt Cabana/Matt Classic/Whatever his WWE name is.
-
...did Striker just call Morrison "Jo-Mo"?
-
I'll say this about Orton's kick... I STILL say that if they ever wanted to LOGICALLY explain it, they should have someone dodge it...then at some point remove Orton's kicking foot's boot and reveal a steel plate in the boot.
-
And Matt shows why he hasn't done many promos in his career.

http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/videolink...atman-and-robin This guy says everything about Batman and Robin (minus the Bane debacle) that you need to know.
-
Well, let's see... Royal Rumble: The Royal Rumble Match No Way Out: ...save Hell in a Cell for there from now on? Or Elimination Chambers since New Years Revolution no longer extists? WrestleMania: None needed Summerslam: Same as Mania Survivor Series: Survivor Series matches So...keep Unforgiven having these Scramble matches if they work?

That's one of the great examples of piss-poor booking and hype. It took a total backseat to three matches (Austin-Rock III, Hogan-McMahon and to an extent, Booker-HHH, maybe even Shawn-Jericho depending on how you look at it). That was very bad PPV in terms of pacing as the five big matches went consecutively and should've been broken apart better. Technically, weren't two of the big matches broken up by that Pillow-Fight or whatever that segment was with the Miller Lite Cat-Fight Girls? ...yeah, it's not much of a break, and is better forgotten, but still. -

To me, people seemed to completely not care about the Lesnar/Angle match from WrestleMania XIX after both the Hogan/McMahon and Rock/Austin matches happened. -
That's only note worthy because it is yet another VC release that's available in Animal Crossing. Please. That's nowhere NEAR as bad as the constant re-releasing of the original Mario Bros., which was available on all four Super Mario Advance titles as well as "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga"

Bumping this in cellebration of Super Mario RPG FINALLY making its way to the Virtual Console.
-
OK...how in the HELL is Batista's "Jump and run around, fire off a 'machine gun' while fireworks explode" entrance anywhere NEAR resembling Sumo Wrestling?
-
Not while Linda McMahon taking the stunner is still on the record.

Hard to believe that Raw was 11 years ago.

It's simple. Candice mastered the powers of time and space twisting while she was out of action. That's why it looked strange.
