They did have a confrontation around 2006 leading into that year's One Night Stand, when Heyman announced Angle was drafted to the new ECW.

Goldman/Cabana breaks the fourth wall!

Interesting reference in that poster. Look who the author of the article on Dent is.

So...who will be Ricky's opponent? Any guesses?
-
Just wondering... Is this truly the first time Matt and Mark have ever teamed up...I don't remember if Mark was a heel or injured during the whole "Mattitude" era.

Heel turns that the wrestler didn't blame the fans?

Did any of Kane's turns ever involve the fans? -
Agreed. The insertion of "you think you know me" when Edge starts beating down Chavo was an excellent touch. Which is about time they used that in a way that makes sense.

Ah, so KANE is the one who started the "Where has Rey Mysterio Been" Thread!

No. It's the soul of Marsellus Wallace. Its Jericho's old tights. And Adalme should have brought some Gladiators They're working in TNA in the form of Matt Morgan.

I checked my arcade recently...and I'm glad that they still have Mo-Cap boxing.

I'd be EXTREMELY surprised if Luthor wasn't in the game in one form or another. Besides The Joker, he's one of the most well-known villains that DC has.
-
If you're not joking...pining in a corner at the fact that the Justice League cartoon made Hawkgirl a more well-known character than he is. Plus, I doubt he'll get in before Wonder Woman and, if they decide to battle-suit him, Lex Luthor.

Let's see how long THIS lasts.

Funniest thing about that Batista video is seeing the different hair lengths of Big Dave.

Discussion: Possible DC Universe Movies

Do you mean TV series wise or movie (Superman: Doomsday) wise? Because if it's TV series wise...it interests me you say that while having The Joker from one of the DCAU features as your avatar. I meant the Bruce Timm Superman that appeared from Superman: The Animated Series all the way through Justice League Unlimited. It's the only Superman I actually like - not to mention they were all great shows. The 78 Superman was good when I was a kid but now that I'm 22 it's....I dont know how to put it. Comparitively mediocre? -

From the sum-ups I've read...that WOULD be interesting. But would people get the ending of it, where ...then again, I'm the one who wants the Crisis movie...and that's probably a LOT more confusing. -
DarKnight: That, and Gowen was an asshole backstage, from what reports I've read.

Good thought. Yeah, whenever someone tells me Superman stories can't be told well, I direct them to that series to change their minds. Most of the time it works. ...I'm starting to wonder if Warner Bros. should just get Timm and his crew to pen future DC movies, save for the Batman series. -

Retrospectively, one of my favorite battle royals was one that was on Superstars shortly after Royal Rumble 95...for two reasons. 1)Shawn Michaels was in the match, but immediately throws himself out at the start to avoid getting hit by Bulldog and everyone else in the ring, since he already had his WrestleMania title shot. 2)Lawler stays outside of the ring, standing on one foot to not get eliminated. Then Bret Hart comes down, stomps on Lawler's foot, forcing him to be eliminated. ... Though I hope I'm not mixing two battle royals there.

OK, checked Wikipedia...yeah, both Long Halloween and my idea of a C.O.I.E. might be a bit harder, since they both had twice the amount of issues as New Frontier. ...unless New Frontier's 6 issues had more pages. ...maybe. I dunno. -

Agreed. I love that book. Wouldn't the animated adaptation be a series of episodes though? Because I think the story is too long for one movie. That story was very fast paced for a long book though. Well, how many books was the event of "The Long Halloween"? Because they did condense "The New Frontier" enough for that movie adaptation. -
At least that keeps SOME Superman asthetics (cape, S-shield). So, I still think it's a better costume than this:

Just noticed something. Go to the website for the game (listed on the first page) When you get there, click Sub-Zero's eye.

Catwoman had some pretty good eps later in the series IMO. There's "Almost Go Him"...but that was a collection of villains there. There's the two eps where she doesn't team with Batman..."Batgirl Returns" from the first run, and then in New Batman Adventures there's a team-up she has with Nightwing. And there's also an ep which I can't remember the name of where she's hired and double crossed by The Ventriliquist.
