Because that's how much he loves the business?
-
Ladies and gentlemen...let us prepare for the craziness.

Next question: Will Eric Bischoff stay on the show tonight, or hand it over like he's done twice already?
-
Even a child of Ed McMahon? HEYOOOOOO!

...is it me, or does Ricky look like Bischoff in this picture? -

That picture with the caption "Ricky Steamboat: Family Man" made me wonder... Has "The Little Dragon" thought about going into wrestling like his father before him did? -
Paul London to get an actual feud?
ChrisMWaters replied to OldSchoolWrestling's topic in The WWE Folder
Simple: They go to opposite corners...like Edge and Rey Myterio did at the 2003 Royal Rumble match to both Missile Dropkick Christopher Nowinski -
Paul London to get an actual feud?
ChrisMWaters replied to OldSchoolWrestling's topic in The WWE Folder
I'm just surprised WWE hasn't done something yet like have Paul London say he was British and be snobby. ...I may have jinxed that, but hey, it COULD mean the return of William Regal. -
I think this is all a plan for Angle to get the WWE Title onto Eddie. That way, he can challenge Eddie for the title, because in his mind he can easily beat Eddie for it.

Slightly off topic...but I think Christian should wear a more stylized version of his old Brood outfits. I mark for the puffy shirt.

The Dames' Diatribe on WWE Raw - 1/26/04
ChrisMWaters replied to The Dames's topic in The WWE Folder
Very nice job. I too am liking the build. As I stated before...I have two reasonings to why Benoit might want to go for the World Heavyweight Title: 1) He's tired of HHH's talking about he's the best in the business and such, and just wants to shut him up once and for all. OR... 2) This is HIS way of sticking it to Heyman, so Heyman can't brag about having the 2004 Royal Rumble winner on his show anymore. Also, check your Private Messages, Dames. Sent you one. -
So...I guess you could never take Randy Savage seriously then either, huh?
-
Because Kane believed that the Undertaker no longer had such powers at his disposal, and could no longer do things like that. Plus the fact that he believed that the Undertaker was buried and gone for good, and it's freaking Kane out to see these things. Plus, possible bad memories from WrestleMania 14.
-
Right...when he died, his contract was terminated.
-
Oh...fun note...Nunzio entered and exited the same number...23.
-
Deviant...I just wanna say this: I'm hoping they show clips of that speech in your signature from Benoit if indeed they are going with Benoit/HHH
-
Probably just a force of habit. But yes, it was JR and Tazz.
-
They did. I know because I was sitting in the third row behind the tables there. I WAS hoping one match would fall into the crowd, but no such luck.
-
The story COULD be that he hates HHH more than he hates Lesnar or someone like that, and wants to shut HHH up once and for all. OR! This is a way of screwing over Paul Heyman...as Heyman can't gloat that the 2004 Royal Rumble winner is on Smackdown.

And I'm sure Anglesault marked out about Test not even entering the Rumble Match. I mean, he did want Test to pull a Mo or Luke or Warlord time in the ring...and this is even better...

About the age thing: Remember, DDP started late too. How old was he when he was main eventing in WCW?
-
Yeah, same here. Just want to see it from a different perspective...even though I did see it live.

Going up to this guy's comment on how Austin, Foley, and Rock got over with mic skills AND ring skills... When's the last time one of them got a standing ovation?

Matt Morgan injured at Smackdown house show...
ChrisMWaters replied to Placebo Effect's topic in The WWE Folder
Hell, make it even funnier and have Bischoff do it. Bischoff's a 6th degree black belt or something like that, right? -

Where's Ken Shamrock when you need him?
