Impact spoilers (airs December 20th)
ChrisMWaters replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in TNA Wrestling
I never thought I'd see one Bushwhacker with no sign of the other. -
Would we classify that as Solid Kirby or Kirby Snake?
-
OK, don't know why this topic came to me, but I figured I may as well put it up: What are some matches from the past in WWF/E, WCW, ECW or any other company that you wish you still had recorded due to the fact that, for some reason or another, they will likely never go up on DVD? Three off the top of my head are: WWF Superstars: WWF Champion Bret "Hit Man" Hart vs. Bob Backlund (Backlund snaps for the first time post match) WWF Action Zone: Skip (w/Sunny) vs. Barry Horowitz (HOROWITZ WINS! HOROWITZ WINS! HOROWITZ WINS!) ECW TV: Well, not really a match...but the farewell of The Dupps from ECW. Where one of the Dupps is saying they'd be remembered like famous families in wrestling, runs down a few names, and the other one says "THE MULKEYS!"

They could always push Super Crazy... -
HahahaWHAT? Funny thing is, once again that's nowhere near close to their real names: Matt Cardona and Brian Myers
-
This was a good ECW for one reason: No Big Daddy V.
-
Is this the first pinfall win that Dykstra has gotten in a while?
-
First Dracula, then an Elf. Nunzio is CAPTAIN COSTUME!

For replacement for JBL on commentarry on Smackdown... This may be a left-field choice...by why not Ted DiBiase? He did pretty good at Rumble 94 from what I saw. -
Keep in mind this was the Bulldogs' last WWE match, and the first time Dynamite Kid wrestled Jacques Rougeau since their backstage fight. I see, I see. Kinda weird seeing Hart and Michaels on the same team. Unless I'm missing one, every other time they were in the ring together at Survivor Series, it was on opposite sides (the 92 title match, the 93 Survivor Series match where Michaels replaced Lawler, and of course Montreal)
-
I always thought Jericho could do serious too. See the build-up to Royal Rumble 2002 where he was Undisputed CHampion against The Rock.
-
So... SummerSlam set is coming... BUT WHERE'S THE SURVIVOR SERIES SET!? EDIT: Reason I ask really is because I'm curious, from reading the results of the first two survivor series, how they managed to fit 18 men on a ring apron for those 5 Team on 5 Team tag Survivor Series Matches.
-
So...one match each half hour then?
-
So is Cody sending "Get Well Soon" to Jake "The Snake" by doing those DDTs?
-
So...pre-match predictions: New champs again or no?

Matches You Wish You Still Had On Tape

Ryechnaia: Re-read the sub-title. Matches not likely to end up on DVD. The RR91 match is on DVD, so that wouldn't qualify. -
Matches You Wish You Still Had On Tape
ChrisMWaters replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
Well, you have a reason. And yeah, that tag title win is gonna be a VERY forgotten treasure now... -
Watching the tape since I missed the first two and a half hours. ...is it me, or did Kane when he first unmasked look like how Festus looks?

Chris Masters & JN News have passed away...
ChrisMWaters replied to JN News's topic in No Holds Barred
Yes, ChrisMWaters is my actual name. *Prepares the shotgun for whoever mistakes me for Masters again. ...hell, I've had this screen name before Masters even DEBUTED. -
But he DID have a good line...which he got fired for: "Slim Jims...when you don't care WHAT part of an animal you eat!" He was on for more episodes though (which I am now learnign via 24/7 Online). Is this really what got him fired or just an assumption people came to over time? I heard it through an old WrestleCrap Mailbag. To be honest...I didn't start watching wrestling until the qualifying matches for King of the Ring 94. And as I've said before...the first wrestler I ever saw in action was Irwin R. Schyster.

And also, as much as Sting DVDs and figures are cool... It'd also be cool to have Sting in the WWE games and NOT have to be CAW'd. ...and if it's Crow Sting, then maybe use his eerie theme that he used for Starrcade 97
