....for some reason, that mention of Vader right there made me think of WWE trying to re-package A-Train as their new version of A-Train...similar to how many people thought they were trying to make Lesnar their version of Goldberg before.

Hmmm...thats a tough one... I'm gonna take a wild guess and say The Undertaker. I sound like a complete n00b, but there really is logic behind it. After watching the HIAC match between Brock and Taker, and seeing him lose so much blood, I have gained a certain respect for him. I just think he would, because he's got not alot to lose so, why not.... IMO of course. DFA Wasn't the reasoning behind Taker's loss of so much blood in that Hell in a Cell match because that he accidentally cut the wrong part of his forehead when doing the blade-job? If it wasn't for that, I don't think we'd have seen that much blood lost from Mr. Calloway.

Well...maybe we could get The Lame and Goldberg in a Japanese Death Match... Then we'd get lucky...Goldberg falls head-first onto a C4 explosive as he gives HHH the, as I call it, "Hart Stopper" kick to HHH's head. Two big, ugly birds with one exploding stone. >=)

I would like to see the one match that Foley never got a chance to bring to WWF come to WWE.... Japanese Death Match. Now that Jeff Hardy's gone though, who would be a willing participant for it?
-
I would have them add the NWA-TNA titles rule. That being, if you get DQed or Counted Out, you lose the title. Makes for more interesting matches, and less of this bullshit DQ endings but keeping the titles (I'm looking at you, Paul "Triple-H" Levesque). I kinda liked that they did that for Angle/Lesnar.

Though I didn't get to see Smackdown tonight, as it was post-ponned due to Hockey for me, I believe that maybe the surgery on Angle's neck affected his vocal chords somehow, causing the deeping in his voice. I noticed his voice sounded a bit deeper at various points in the "Clocks" promo for Angle.

Meh....I don't agree. There were some times earlier this year where it seemed like they were finally going to make him a serious wrestler. If I remember correctly, Benoit was doing a promo (before the Rumble I think), talking about how he sacrificed his family to be a wrestler, then Kurt came in and said his medals and his title were his family, and Benoit was not going to take them away. That was some awesome shit. That promo you mentioned was after the Royal Rumble. I know because I was at that Smackdown it was at...it was the same one Team Angle won the WWE Tag Team Titles at...on February 4, 2003. It was before the Benoit/Angle non-title match later that evening.

Good question. Personally, I wonder why Angle didn't keep using it insted of going with the Ankle Lock...which he first used to put Scotty 2 Hotty on the shelf I believe. ...like that isn't an everyday occurance. ^_-

Haas of Pain Crossface Chickenwing (remember when Angle used it? ) Shamrock Style Ankle-Lock (sorry, but the normal one that Angle does doesn't look as painful) Ankle-lock plus Leg Lace (now THIS, on the other hand...) Hart Family (or Dungeon Grad) Sharpshooter Old School Liontamer. There is one that hasn't been debuted in wrestling, that I was thinking of trying if I had become a wrestler. A combination Dragon Sleeper, knee in the back, and pulling the leg to the body. You'd lock the hands to get the leg as close to the body as possible, while squeezing on the neck. I've named it the Compressor.

I was re-watching my tape of WrestleMania XIX...and I heard them mention WrestleMania The Movie... I'm wondering...is there any news on that since then? Like...what it's going to be about or such? Is it like Beyond the Mat, but WWE-ized? Or what?
-
...why do I have a feeling that the spoiler thread will get more pages than the page for the show itself?

Something I Noticed Watching my WM19 Tape

I think they may be saving WrestleMania-The Movie for JUST before WrestleMania XX -
You, my friend, are in the same boat as me with Women's matches. ...now, if only they had more to work with. Maybe get a bunch of good female workers, and make a seperate WWE show just for the female wrestlers. Bring back the Women's Tag Titles as well!

Well, they first mentioned it during the Michaels/Jericho match...so they might have everything from that point on in the show... -
Huh? Must have missed something...

for a second I thought you meant TBS...the wrestler...Not the Station... I about collaspe in horror of a Big Show All nighter... Big Show wrestles a 10 hour long match with Nathan Jones!
-
Eh, haven't had to type it that often, so I made an error. I make lots of typos like that.
-
Heh...true. The worst I have is that it's airing on Saturday at 8 for me...due to Hockey.
-
I figured it was on the west coast because...well...last week on Smackdown during Rey's promo they said they were gonna be in Aneheim.
-
Show's probably not over yet. The Smackdown I went to...it started at 7:30, with the Dark Matches, then Velocity...and didn't end till about 11. So, they don't start till about 10:30 Eastern, and probably won't end until about 2 or later. and then its up to people at the show to send in spoilers to sites whose operators are probably on the east coast and asleep...so.. Exactly. We may not get the spoilers until tomorrow morning...er, later this morning Eastern...

Yes, but he said when he mentioned that he was getting a referee that neither he nor Bisch could ref the match. Plus, Austin's in that Redneck Triathalon with Bisch.
-
I'm almost positive they'll save Angle's return for the end of the show. They did with Austin...they have with Rock before...did with HHH...they most likely will with Angle.

Like it's been said, the show IS on the west coast. It hasn't been too long since the show started, I believe.
