They sorta did the boring match thing since 85. WrestleMania 1 had Wendy Richter and Lelani Kai between Andre/Studd and Hogan & T/Piper & Orndorff
-
Heh...I remember that. Would have been neat. But back on the subject...I think the most...interesting...not around the waist wearings of a title bet was by Bubba Dudley (or Balls Mahoney)...when he had the tag team title worn around his neck (which Taker later stole with the Hardcore Title) Either that, or when Big Show wore the Hardcore Title around his bicep
-
Hmm...just remembered... Anyone remember the women's wrestler Bertha Faye? Remember when she, as Woman's CHampion, got extensions onto the belt so she could wear it around her waist? I don't know what made me remember that, but I just needed to type that.
-
But McMahon later sorta stole the "hiding of the belt" thing when he was WWF Champion for all of a week. Remember the business suit unvealing? Though, if I were a champion in wrestling, I'd probably do the same. ^^
-
Well, all good point about the champion coming out second and such... However, one thing I have to note: Only if it fits, the title around the waist would work. How would you deal with someone like...say...Rikishi if by some weird reason he got another title belt? The belt is only for a 48" waist...

After the two bumps, it was kind of boring. There is a reason why they only show the two bumps. Yeah...the poor thumbtacks get no respect. I kinda liked the Tombstone onto the Thumbtacks.

Not true. Only a moron would view Taker/Foley as a good match. Must all "Good matches" be how well the stars compete? I consider Warrior/Hogan and Rock/Hogan good matches, but I know that they aren't the best wrestlers. In my opinion, what constitutes a Good match is a mix of performing well and delivering the point of the match. Hell in the Cell from King of the Ring 98 was a good match for what it was. Just like that one Dreamer/Foley match fromECW

Let's see... -DX Original -Current Jericho -WWE nWo -Rey Mysterio (Like the pulsing masks and old WCW clips) -Matt Hardy's -Christian's Operatic one And for some reason, the start of HHH's current entrance vid is cool to me. The Start Game effect.
-
Heh...maybe, maybe not. Would be funny though and would build Lesnar up as a monster more.
-
Wow...someone who DIDN'T like the Foley/Taker Hell in the Cell match. Unless he mis-typed and was talking about HHH/Foley. And yeah, if he's involved, it'll be Matt Hardy. If not, it'll be Paul Heyman.

2001 No Mercy Matches: WWF Championship: Stone Cold Steve Austin © vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rob Van Dam WCW Championship: The Rock © vs. Chris Jericho WWF Intercontinental Championship, Ladder Match: Christian © vs. Edge WWF Tag Team Championships: Dudley Boyz © vs. Big Show and Tajiri WCW Tag Team Championships: Hardy Boyz © vs. Hurricane and Lance Storm Undertaker vs. Booker T Kane vs. Test Lingerie Match: Stacy Keibler vs. Torrie Wilson OK...which was the better card...last years or this year's?

Aaah, the OTHER IC title tribute. .......;_;
-
....the next time they have this Confidential on, I have to tape it. This one was a not-to-be-missed one
-
Hehehehehe...Hurricane trying to plug himself.
-
GOLDBERG! GILLBIRG! SHOCKMASTER!
-
BOOKER T FASHION SHOW! Hehehehehehehe. Booker is cool.
-
Oooh, Booker segment. Best Confidential Yet...SUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
-
Warrior was always my favorite entrance... Just running out like a maniac and shaking the ropes like a maniac was cool. We'll see if that's on the list.
-
...Albert doing Rey Rey's entrance. Scary thought.
-
HEHE! They mentioned the Kelsey Grammer problems!
-
Hmm...no comments from Bossman about this segment? Slight rip-off there.
-
...say what you will about Bossman...but he's a MUCH better sick, twisted heel than HHH could EVER hope to be!
-
BRING OUT YER DEAD!
-
Hmm...this is a good song for Jericho.
-
He was mentioned, but didn't appear on the segment. I'm saying...if he actually appeared on there talking about it, his statements would ruin the mood.
