Eh, it's a "one of the last shows before a PPV" show. I don't think it'll get much hype.

If Nitro somehow wins the IC title tonight, and Rated RKO do NOT lose the tag titles tonight, then Team Rated RKO could feasibly be nicknamed "Team Gold" They'll have the World Tag, IC, and Cruiserweight titles all on their side, and depending on which comes first and the result, maybe the Women's Title at ringside with them. Just a random observation caused by thinking a lot today.

Now that Abyss is champion, does he have to unmask or relinquish the belt? Or does that rule with the NWA Title no longer apply?

Well, he hasn't been pinned or made to submit to end a match, so in that respect he is.

Um...last week, Christian indirectly cost Styles the match to get a shot at the NWA Title. This week, in a way, Christian cost Styles the X-Division title. Styles is angry, wants payback. So the match gets made. Short buildup, yes...but still buildup. EDIT: PLUS...both men can claim they should still be NWA World Champion, as they both lost the title without being pinned or made to submit...and weren't in the ring at the time of the end of the match.

They think these matches can sell the PPV on their own, which means we'll get a few filler matches on the PPV. Well, sorta. Just announced: Daniels © vs. Sabin Cage vs. Styles

Wow...Angle/Abyss is gonna get a good amount of time here. And we STILL don't know any new matches for Genesis besides the World Title, Tag Title, and Angle/Joe.

To the X-Division match playing right now... For some reason, I don't think that color works for Daniels.
