WWE can kiss my ass. They did advertise Dragon, Spanky, etc. for the show. I was hyped because i was going to see my former ROH favorite live, but no. They can't allow that. Dragon i've missed 6 TIMES due to either being pulled off the card or no showing. Anyways, the money will be used for Sat's POISON CONCERT. Yeah.

Rock And Roll All Nite - Kiss w/The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra The sound mix is EXCELLENT, like the original ALIVE! album..the Orchestra sounds real good with the classic songs like "Black Diamond" & "King Of The Night Time World". They should of called it the DESTROYER Symphony since it was only two tracks away from playing the whole album (Sweet Pain & Flaming Youth). This CD is a really good value($15.99 for regular, $27.99 for deluxe) and some of the songs are re-mixed due to new guitarist Tommy Thayer. KISS fan or not, you should check this one out. Tracks remixed: Lick It Up (new solo) Forever Let Me Go Rock N Roll and more! Highly Recommended! on Amazon.com right now the Deluxe CD & the Regular CD are the same price almost http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...=glance&s=music DVD comes out in Sept.

I've noticed quite a few Beach Boys fans here recently. I too am one of them. One of my favorite songs by them has to be "Be True To Your School". Anyone else?

Answers: Question 1) It's more of a harmony orchestra really, with horns and such. Sounds really nice. Question 2) The Deluxe DigiPak has a cool fold-out cover with a poster & other stuff while the standard is just the jewel case, cds, and booklet. BestBuy has the standard for $15.99 and the Deluxe for $23.99 Brunzel: Flaming Youth would of been a cool choice, it has only be played a couple of times live(about 4) and is possibly the rarest KISS song ever peformed. The last time it was played was during a soundcheck . From KISSFAQ.com "Flaming Youth" was something of an attempt to recapture the anthemic nature of "Rock And Roll All Nite" which had broken the band to their initial success. This would be something of a formula on the singles released from "Destroyer" which included it "Detroit Rock City" and "Shout It Out Loud". It would have been thought that a song with this style would have worked well in a live setting, though from the recordings of the song it seems to have been somewhat awkward live. Part of the "Destroyer" set for the European visit in the Summer of 1976, and for some early dates on the North American leg of the tour, the song would not survive with "Do You Love Me" eventually replacing it. While there was no shortage of material in the set from "Destroyer", with "Do You Love Me", "King Of The Night Time World", "Detroit Rock City", "God Of Thunder", and "Shout It Out Loud" being played in the set during various parts of the tour. Interestingly, "Flaming Youth" would be one of the songs the reunited band sound-checked at their rehearsal for the October 31st, 1998 "Psycho Circus" show. That being said, i have one of the shows from Houston 76 when Flaming Youth was peformed, maybe someday it will be returned to the set list, maybe.

Get it straight, they went on ONE farewell tour. They are releasing ALIVE IV this Tuesday and are going on another tour w/ Aerosmith playing ampitheaters. Fellas who can't make the shows just have to wait for it to expand to bigger markets & arenas in November. Tickets are expensive for the die hard suckers who purchase the "packages", just buy some lawn seats. They will be playing in full makeup. Peter Criss is drumming(sigh), not Eric Singer. Singer is the 2nd best KISS drummer while Eric Carr being the 1st. Can't wait til Tuesday!

Helped KISS for the last 30 years. KISS used more than flamethrowers though, besides they were one of the first bands that used fire in their stage show.

LOS ANGELES -- A judge on Monday declined to grant a request by The Doors' original drummer, John Densmore, to bar two other original members from using the band's name on a current tour. Densmore sued keyboardist Ray Manzarek and guitarist Robby Krieger in February for breach of contract because the two -- along with singer Ian Astbury of The Cult -- were touring using the name "The Doors 21st Century." Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory W. Alarcon heard arguments but gave no indication when he would make a final ruling on the request for a temporary restraining order. Following Jim Morrison's death of a drug overdose in 1971, the three remaining members of the iconic '60s rock group signed off on a deal preventing any of them from using the name "The Doors" to tour or record unless all three were involved, according to Densmore's suit. Densmore's attorney, S. Jerome Mandel, said the qualifiers "21st Century," were of no use since "they don't appear anywhere" in advertising for the tour of Manzarek and Krieger. "I couldn't open a business called Coca-Cola of the 21st Century," Mandel argued as Densmore looked on from the front row of the downtown Los Angeles courtroom. Mandel said Densmore doesn't want to stop the concerts, but said there's no evidence the defendants will suffer damages if the name of the tour is changed -- he said Densmore wants it to read something like Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger, formerly of The Doors. "These concerts are already sold out," Mandel said. "There is no evidence that if the name is changed, concerts will be canceled," the attorney said. "We fear that they will go out there and run amok, and every one of these ads will say `The Doors,"' Mandel said. "What is my client supposed to do, get a newspaper clipping service so we can watch these guys? "The (1971) contract is very clear. It was intended to prevent the very damage that ensued with these concerts," Mandel said. But John H. Lavely, representing Manzarek and Krieger, said an injunction at this stage would do irreparable harm. "Concerts will be canceled, reputations will be hurt, jobs will be lost," Lavely said, estimating that a name change would cost his clients $3 million. The tour has been successful in so-called mid-range venues like New York's Roseland Ballroom, which has a capacity of about 3,000. Lavely said ads promoting the concerts clearly identify who's performing and who's not. He also argued that the tour is stimulating radio play for The Doors, which is sparking renewed interest and record sales, which benefits his clients as well as Densmore. And Lavely added that the 1971 contract stipulates good faith, and that if a majority wanted to do something, a minority would be required to go along. Lavely cited several legal disputes among music groups -- John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Journey, Styx, Van Halen -- where courts ruled groups could continue on when changes occur. The tour, which began in March and is scheduled to pick up again next week in Tampa, Fla., has sparked two other lawsuits, most recently when Morrison's octogenarian parents filed their own trademark infringement suit for monetary damages against Manzarek and Krieger. Also, former Police drummer Stewart Copeland, originally chosen to replace Densmore, sued Manzarek and Krieger in March for breach of fiduciary duty for allegedly not paying him for a few gigs. - Doors messageboard.

Austin/Guerrero. The classic Karaoke brawl. Then next week Austin left. Then Guerrero tried to take on Rock in an EXCELLENT match. With Eddie reversing the Rock Bottom(i think?).
