Let's see what internal organ he ruptures this time.

Gotta train your woman to know when it's better to just get you a beer and keep quiet.

OK I'll ask, why couldn't Lovie challenge the spot of the ball? He's not challenging if it's a first down, he's challenging where Anderson got touched down. That made no sense.

They're all just out there having fun. WHO WANTS IT LESS!??

If some team in the NFL believes that their GM should be strung up from the goal post.

Dammit Davis, bad things happen when you leave your feet! Ask Rosencopter if you don't believe me.

Eh, all a lot of us saw (and I'll include myself in that group) was Reggie singlehandedly demolishing Fresno St. and outrunning defenders his senior year. I thought LenDale was just the change of pace plodder that softened the defenses up. I guess that's why I'm not a scout. To be fair, the Texans' approach to the O-line has seemed to be "free agency will fix it". That haven't really spent draft picks on the line apart from the occassional 6th rounder and Chester Pitts. The last few years the Texans have started building through the draft (Eric Winston, Duane Brown) and supplementing it with offseason acquisitions. I just wish fatass Ron Dayne hadn't shattered Charles Spencer's leg. A 6'4", 330 pound tackle who had some quickness on him. Oh well.

Me neither, especially when Houston (at the time) seemed like they were doing just fine at running back, and even then, Slaton has made up for them losing Domanick Williams. A great defensive lineman is way more valuable than a great running back- seems you can find at least a lot of the latter at an acceptable quality, provided your offensive line is good enough. Well to be fair it was really a three horse race. A lot of people wanted Vince Young since he had the whole "hometown boy makes good" story and it was already obvious that David Carr was not a starting NFL quarterback. We didn't know that Kubiak had promised McNair to give Carr a shot while stumping for the HC job. Others wanted Reggie Bush because they saw him as a hybrid RB/slot that could break plays all over the place and outrun people to the end zone. We didn't know he was incapable of running between the tackles. As for Mario, no one knew who he was (not a lot of ACC football down here, and not much of that was NC State football) and when you looked at his sack totals for his last two years of college, something like 2/3rds of them were against the 1AA schools and the Dukes of the world. It looked like we were getting an unknown whose stats came against lesser competition. He's usually referred to as 6'7", 280. He was up around 290-295 his rookie year because they tried to use him at the DT spot on some plays. Once they stuck him at end full time he lost a few pounds to improve his quickness.

If I don't get resigned by my team this year in the USA Pro League, let me know if you'd need me. I would like to stay in the pro league on a good team, but if it doesn't work out I want to absolutely dominate somewhere. It's not like I care about xp, my guy's on the downside of his career and is going to start declining in another couple of seasons anyway.

I guess a melodramatic reflection of the truth can hurt. What does Vince think will happen to guys who rely on painkillers for in some cases years to make it through a brutal travel and work schedule, have no training in how to deal with the money and lifestyle that frequently goes with being a professional wrestler, and all too often end up with no money and broken down by their late 40s? Vince oughta be glad the movie doesn't end with Randy dropping dead of a heart attack in the middle of the ring. At least, I HOPE the movie doesn't end with Randy dropping dead of a heart attack in the middle of the ring.

Michael Cole hates the Jews. More or less than Big Show hates Koreans?

I'd mark for fucking Trish Stratus too.
-
Thank you CD and 450. That was going to bug me and I didn't feel like going through the 20 seconds of work it would take me to find out.

Jillian took that... Infrared? (I know Amazing Red does it but I can't think of the name) like a champ.
-
I guess Mickie and Melina aren't still thinking about the whole fuzzy boots thing. That was quite the energetic entrance.
-
Hmm, any chance John Chay-na gets some Stratusfaction?
-
Good to know. I'll probably have to avail myself of that feature.

Well, after a hiatus I went back and started playing it a bit, mainly the challenges. Got to the "Impossible Guitar Challenge" which actually wasn't that bad. Three of the four were songs I had beaten handily (Highway Star, Won't Get Fooled Again, and.... something else). However, I FINALLY, for the first time, got through "Flirtin' With Disaster" by Molly Hatchett. Jesus I hate playing that song. WAY too many hammer ons for me to be comfortable with. Well, not I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. I suppose I could go back and do the rest of the guitar challenges, but they're all annoyingly long. I don't know about you, but I need some serious motivation to sit down and play somethin like the "Infinite 80's Marathon" with 30 songs.

Didn't you know its all because of Plaxico? He shot all them in their legs too?
-
10 degrees and "chilly". Must have been brought to them by their friendly neighborhood Eskimo weatherman.
-
Yeah there's that too. God dammit! Morris does all the work and fucking Jordan walks in to the end zone. My fantasy league team is dying before my eyes.

Looks like the Cards are going to be a LITTLE bit out of their element today in Foxboro. Hoot and hollar all you want guys, you're still playing in a snowstorm. You're not going to be warm no matter what, live with it.

January 16th, according to foxsearchlight.com. Took me a few minutes to find it though. The 16th? Fuck that shit. I want some culture NOW dammit!

Or Boras got his bluff called. I hope this ends soon; Boras vs. the Red Sox is getting old. Boras vs. every team not in New York City is getting old.

I can't even tell if it's coming to Houston. I figured the Angelicka would carry it next Friday or something.
