I would just like to say that I can't believe Wake scored on the dreaded Quarterback Throwback play. I could have sworn that play only worked for TDs in the last minute of game time in mediocre football movies.

Hey Masked Man, going back to our discussion of wrestling moves in animes, I found a few more in Video Girl Ai. I know I remember seeing a nice Boston Crab (w/ a nice crank back on the legs), a nicely executed running dropkick, a PERFECT German Suplex (with bridge), an Octopus Stretch, and the ropes-assisted stretch that CM Punk does (w/o the ropes). I'm actually starting to look for wrestling moves now thanks to our discussion. Anyway, I'm going through Excel Saga, which may very well be one of the weirdest animes I've ever seen. Only problem I've had so far is that the English voice actor for Excel tends to screech her lines. Makes them hard to understand. However, since the opening theme song is sung by a character who is apparantly suffering from tuberculosis and coughs up blood as she sings, I'm willing to forgive some minor quibbles.

So does Georgie have like 3 guys listed under "M" for "Managers", and he just calls whichever one isn't currently employed by the team? He's probably wondering why Billy Martin won't return his calls.

It's funny 'cause it's true. Seriously, I've never been a Nintendo fanboy, and after reading the preliminary reports on the Wii, I was less than enthused. At this point I'd much rather get a Wii and everything else to go along with it and tell Sony to go fuck themselves.

I actually thought that while driving around today. For some reason I was thinking about Raw and thought that if Big Bossman were still alive that was a ready made feud. If they made Cryme Tyme goofy faces they could have teamed up Bossman and The Mountie. And no, I don't usually review wrestling shows in my head while driving. I was bored sitting at a red light.

Outside ref was running off Lita, inside ref got knocked out. Cade and Murdoch came in, worked over Cena, and tried to drag out Edge. DX intervened, beat up C&M, and distracted Edge long enough for Cena to recover and hit the FU for the win.
