I'm getting pissed. Time Warner in Houston STILL isn't allowing people to order the PPV. Customer service is getting a bitching at.

Tyranids are what happened after the Games Workshop people watched the Aliens series too many times in a row. And yes, Wedge Antilles should be an immortal part of the Star Wars universe. Screw the midichlorians, Wedge is the cause of the Force! -
Man I'm still trying to order it and keep getting "Not yet available for order". Starting to get pissed off.
-
OK thanks. Everytime I've seen him in the cartoons or on videogames he's always this hugely muscular guy with a huge salad bowl on his head to block out Xavier. Never really did figure it out. Plus, I read an article saying that Vinnie was donning the ubiquitous rubber suit for the role. I guess regular Vinnie can be the "before" pictures.
-
Would WWE be willing to build it up though? I know they'd recognize the monetary reward if there was a successful ECW, but would they really be willing to create a whole new infrastructure for it? Would they try to put it on TV when there's already trouble with their own shows (being bounced off networks or moved to piss poor timeslots)? Would they pay all the old guard ECW guys to wrestle, or would they populate it with OVW types and a smattering of the more popular ECW names? I'd like to see a new ECW with the marketing and money behind it it deserves, but I'm almost afraid that if they announce ECW's return on even a semi-permanent basis, the "specialness" on the PPV is lost.

They way his back probably still is, I'm happy he was able to Spicolli Driver Carlito.

TAZZMISSION! TAZZMISSION! Finishers for everyone! *marks out*
-
LOL @ JBl's timeout signal.
-
Well, maybe Benoit is mad at JBL for talking shit about Lance Storm and maybe that's the cause of his agg-Goddamn man, I LOVE your fuckin avatar!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah it's my early vote getter for "Avatar of 2005".
-
That's because Benoit knows how to sell, and JBL is willing to sell. On RAW, Batista doesn't know how to sell real well, and HHH usually isn't willing to sell very much.
-
Rhyno on WWE TV again. Fun. I just wish he could grab a mike and start screaming about, "ripping people fucking heads off and shitting down their necks".
-
Shit can she be MY new friend too?
-
You've got to be fucking kidding me. And wow, Tazz just got his ass kicked. He damn well better come out by the end of the show, but in his tights and really as Tazz. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'd be willing to bet that we see Tazz again, but I don't see him putting on the wrestling gear. Tazzplexing and choking people out while wearing a suit = almost Batista level pimpage.

It's amazing that after what, 3 or 4 years of being just an announcer, that Taz can still pop a crowd just by standing up and taking off the headphones.
-
Well, seeing as Eddy is a cruiser technically ( I believe), I guess it's all good . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> SHHHHH! Don't let WWE hear that, he'll never wrestle a main event again if they realized that!
-
I guess Big Show really IS big all over.
-
Good to see London's willing to sacrifice himself for an angle he's not part of. It'd be cool to see him come out and jomp Eddy, but as we all know, cruisers don't mess with non-cruisers (except Rey Rey).
-
Why is Akio wearing pajama bottoms? Oh well, doesn't matter, Eddy's going to take over.
-
Hey, I'd let her punish me. A few times, even.
-
Well the fans certainly seemed happy enough.
-
OK I'm ready for this now. This is going to be the first PPV I'll be watching live since Wrestlemania X-7 I believe. Man it's been a while.
-
I'm trying to get over Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut. I'm not too up on X-Men lore, but isn't Juggernaut supposed to be a huge unstoppable destroying machine? Vinnie's great at playing the thug and all, but I don't see him in this. And those spoilers make this movie sound like ass. A death in a movie franchise is sometimes necessary to open up new plots and all, but 3? And apparently major characters? Overkill. And an inappropriate sex scene. I'm thinking Nightcrawler/Kitty.

Well, the Astros have done OK, although their first pick, Brian Bogusevic, may not be a great fit at either of his position (pitcher and OF). They say he has good power, but he didn't have a single homer this year. He does have decent stuff though on the mound. Their comp pick for Beltran was Eli Iorg, a fairly well thought of OF from Univ. of Tenn. BTW, your #22 pick, Aaron Thompson, went to my HS. I've seen him pitch several times and I can tell you he knows how to pitch and how to play. Good choice, assuming he turns down A&M after they fired their coach.

Yeah Stackpole was pretty good with his part of the series (mainly the Bacta War part), but Allston was great at showing Wraith Squadron as a bunch of last chancers who would have been drummed out long ago if it weren't for the fact that the Rebellion needed everyone they could get. I'm still pissed about him killing *edited for content* though. They were just so bitter and sarcastic about everything. But between Face Loran, Kell Tainer, Falynn Sandskimmer, and basically the entire squadron, I hope they had a pshrink handy. Allston really let Wes and Hobbie shine in Starfighters of Adumar though. It might be my favorite of the series. Edited to save Justice's eyes. I kept the description since it could apply to a couple of people in Wraith Squadron. -
That's what I was thinking. When Benoit and Snitsky started I knew there was no way they were going 20 minutes, so there has to be something reasonably big to plug the PPV.
