A hard day at work, I run home, turn on my TV, and farkin' HHH is polluting my set. TIME TO BE DOWNPLAYED!!! Oh goody and we're joined by the 5 Minute (as in match length) Man.

Well I tried to recap, but I just can't do it. I know what to say if I were talking to myself, but putting it down for others to read is a bit harder than anticipated. My knowledge of moves would result in more like a move comparison (i.e. Sliced Bread #2 = Acid Drop into a Slop Drop) rather than knowing when a Fujiwara Armbar is applied. I'd end up sounding like Vince doing play-by-play "Whattamaneuver" and "holy crap that was cool" (ok maybe not that last one). So, I'll just stick to being a forum smartass and enjoying those who can recap coherently for others.

First of all, would Bradshaw be jealous if he heard Spanky had been called "The Packer" up in Green Bay? Or would Pat Patterson. Yes I know tacky jokes abound from me I'm sorry I can't help myself. Well, looks like I've got an pretty cool Velocity to try to recap. Oughta be interesting to see if I can keep up. Of course then Dames (or whomever) has to like mine more than oh, 10 or 15 competitors .

I like the commercials personally. Don makes it seem so important even when just talking about the name Joe or how long seconds is. My favorite is the "one foot" commercial. When he points to the end zone side of the goal line and imitates a crowd cheering then point to the field side and goes "AWWWWWW" I just crack up. I guess it really is just a game of inches.

Good God I loved this game. Yao managed to hold his own with Shaq (although yeah, no one stops him) with 10 10 and 6 blocks but man oh man Francis looked like he wanted to just carry everyone to the finish line. Excellent game, and it looks like it's going to be quite the rivalry for a while. Man looking at the Western Conference the playoffs are going to be brutal. Whomever makes the playoffs out of teams like Houston, LA, San Antonio, Utah, Sacto, Dallas, Minnesota, Phoenix, and Portland are all going to make some noise.

I would enjoy seeing more two-gun John Woo Wes who, after emptying both clips, pulls out a shotgun from no discernable place and starts blasting away. Yeah, I'm also afraid that should Fred ever leave Gunn for him Wes would turn soft, but Joss seems to know what to do with his characters. Plus, I've got the feeling Lillah isn't gone by a long shot.

Well RRR's spoilers were right on so far. I shall accept them as gospel, although they leave me somewhat..never mind that in and of itself is kind of a spoiler. Anyway, good ep. Killing Gavin was kinda of a bummer, but I guess it had to be done eventually or you were left with a Gavin/Lillah power struggle. "Oh...hi..." classic last line. Gunn is really starting to piss me off with the constant Wes bashing. Wes has saved their asses several times, and Gunn bettah recognize that fact and back off! Angel showed a lot more restraint than I would have re. Cordy. I probably would've barred the doors before she came back to the hotel. And finally, I'm still somewhat bummed that Andy Hallett (Lorne) is still only getting a "Guest Starring" credit. Leads me to believe he's going to be leaving again eventually. "Cirque de Flambe" indeed LOL.
