Well, several that have already been mentioned, including the Evil Dead trilogy should that be included as a guilty pleasure. Also: Hackers - Over the top early Lillard and cyberpunks as good guys = fun Marked for Death - I still get queasy when he breaks that guy in the mall's arm and it just dangles there. Fake as hell but still...ugh. Adventures of Ford Fairlane - God I love that movie for some reason. National Lampoon's Van Wilder Super Troopers New Guy - Hey, it's Eliza Dushku, so sue me. The Goonies - Loved it as a kid, still do. UHF Cannibal: The Musical - So bad it's funny, the DVD's commentary track is priceless Starship Troopers and DragonHeart - The Dina Meyer duet are nothing more than overpriced B movies.

I saw Blitzkrieg in WCW if I'm thinking about the same guy (goofy red and silver outfit, red mask) and the guy could fly like crazy, but IIRC he couldn't do a whole lot EXCEPT high spots. Yeah he kinda just dropped off the radar after a few months of some real fun matches. Don't know what ever happened to him.

The only question I have is what happens the first time he steps in the ring with a hoss. I bet there's going to be a lot of "I'm not feeling it"s when he's supposed to beat someone heavier than 250 lbs. However, the possiblity of seeing him against someone like Angle, Rey Rey, Jamie-san or a Guerrero gives me a happy feeling.

Holy Flirking Schnit! I love the enziguiri. Although he looks like someone's kid brother, I like him. Sells pretty well and he can bounce around too. They need to do something different though. "HAHA It's over..What the hell!?" HOLY CRAP! OK I marked for Sliced Bread #2.

I see your point Yuna, but even if Matt spent all day calling him "Sparky" (like I shall do from now on in honor of this event) and making NASCAR references there's just no excuse for it. I would hope that Al or Bill (or better yet, one of the kids) would have stiffed him in return to let him know that shit wouldn't fly, but the chances of that were happening are probably up there with 3H jobbing to RVD and Y2J in meaningful matches. It's just an example of Sparky being Sparky, and even getting some in return won't teach him a lesson.

OK I said it on the Smackdown thread but I guess I'll put it in this one. Yes Matt took it a bit harder than I expected. He got beat around well, but he's a big kid. HOWEVER, the reason Matt was so upset (as several people have pointed out) is that Al and Bill spend all days drumming into their heads that the business survives because people are willing to put their health into the hands of others. Then Sparky comes in and beats the piss out of Matt for no discernable reason other than to prove how the business "really" is. He nearly swells Matt's eye shut, busts his lip open, and turns his upper chest black and blue. For all of you who defend it (Rudo, et al.) how often do you see guys looking like Matt after a match? Hardcore matches don't count either because this was a straight up wrestling match. Do guys work stiff? Sure, Benoit and some of the others really look like (and probably do)they pound the crap out of people. However, they still make sure that safety comes first. When was the last time Benoit purposely dropped some poor shmuck on his head doing a German? Accidents happen, but this was no accident. Sparky went out with the intent of hurting someone and Matt was the convenient target. Finally, who wants to guess what would have happened had Matt fought back and taken a legit shot on Mr. Plugg? My guess is that after they pulled Sparky off him, Matt would've been let go for not "respecting the business". Matt showed more class than I would have in shaking that bitter old bastard's hand, and one would think Bob would've known better about doing shit like this to new guys after Mr. Lesnar did the Nash patented "Giant killing powerbomb of DOOM!" on him.

I will say one thing. Matt showed a hell of a lot more restraint than I would have. If Holly had legit kicked me in the face and busted me open and given me a black eye after all the "safety first" talks they've been given I would have either legit cracked him upside the head with a forearm or kicked him in the nuts and tagged out. One of his chops or if his drop kick had ACCIDENTALLY gotten high and hit fine, things like that happen. He looked like he wanted to injure Matt to show him "what wrestling was all about". If Holly comes back from the neck injury that bitter old bastard oughta be made to go back to being Sparky Plugg until he learns that professional wrestling is not about taking advantage of youngsters and beating the shit out of them, but being entertaining for the audience.

OK just got hom from work and watched Smackdown and a few random thoughts: 1) I love Team Angle in a manly sorta way. 2) Signing the WCW 4 was quite possibly Vince's last great decision. 3) Tonight's match reaffirmed why I like watching Tajiri wrestle and kick the crap outta people. 4) Is it just me, or is Heyman kinda using the whole Dawn Marie/Love Machine thing to kinda make fun of Vince constantly having all the new young hooch at one time or another come on to him? 5) After tonight's TE, if I were Brock I woulda dropped Holly on his head too. Wrestling is about trusting the other person in the ring and Bob wouldn't inspire me to put my well-being in his hands.

I wouldn't mind Johnson, but I'm a little concerned about his so-called "breakaway" speed in the NFL. In college he was able to outrun the pursuit, but he might have a bit more trouble in the big show. Plus, the Texans already have a between the tackles pounder in Jonathan Wells. Of course, it would be nice if there was a line to run behind *prays for Boselli and Young to come back healthy for once*. Since Chicago is right behind the Texans, I would probably lay odds on them calling Houston and betting the Texans will take someone else.

Sorry King, but I've hated Dawnie since pretty much day 1. If she wasn't complaining about Buffy getting all the attention, she was going all "Boo-hoo no one likes me I'm going to STEAL to express my displeasure!" and generally being a drag on the show. Now all of the sudden she's acting like she wants to be a badass with very little to no transition between the two extremes. I just don't like the character, and Buffy shoulda chucked her into the vortex last season even if it meant opening up Earth to Glory's hell dimension. If Dawn (whom, last time I checked, was indeed a big ball of light and energy thanks Marka) is a SiT and takes over next season, all I can say is is that at least I get another hour on Tuesdays to do somehting else.

Boy I'm hoping they do go corner in the 1st round. With McGahee out, Rogers would sure look nice in a Texans uniform next year. If the Lions do take Rogers (which I see them doing, unfotunately), the Texans would probably end up either trading down or taking someone like Kennedy out of Penn St., which wouldn't really feel a huge need (DL) although the guy is tremendously talented.

Yeah but was there any indication that the rest of the Scoobies knew about it? I thought I'd seen all the episodes, but the first I knew about the group ESP thing was when Buffy starts think talking tonight.

OK, so the fact that Buffy came back from the dead...again...somehow messed up the Slayer vibe and let the First One attempt a take over. Sure I can accept that, bringing someone back from the dead will most likely affect the natural order of the Universe. As soon as the Eye said that, I think everyone kinda figured out what's going to happen IF this is the last Buffy or SMG season. However, what is with the ESP? Wouldn't that have come in handy previously? Where did it come from? If it's an aftershock from them merging to fight Adam, that's what, 2 seasons of trouble where ESP might have come in handy? Also, I'm kinda up in the air on the Giles is dead thing. At first, I didn't think so, then I thought it was possible. However, they're being so ambiguous about it I don't know what to make of it. Still leaning toward dead though. And yes I was starting to get very "put an axe through her skull please" with the new SiT. She was really getting on my nerves. With all the books and movies about vampires, has she EVER seen a vampire accept someone's surrender and not kill them? Also, Miss Dawn "Buffy said I could kill you" is REALLY riding my last nerve. I don't know what Joss is doing with her, but she's still a huge waste of energy ball at this point to me. Finally, glad to see they finally got Spike loose. Hopefully he and Andrew (I marked for Thunderdome) will be able to be big-time contributors in the last half of the season.
