Eh, you're right I knew it was October, not September. Dont' know what made me think that. That should be enough time to clean it up, but I'm still a bit surprised as to the roughness of it. I guess I'm just clueless as to the typical development schedule of an A+ title.

I can't wait to play "Evenflow". Favorite Pearl Jam song, and I love the opening. The graphics looked awfully unfinished, especially compared to the videos they've been showing that looked fairly finished. This one though, ugh. The closeup of Judy's hands as she's playing looked terrible. I know they're going to clean it up and get it ready to go, but the game is supposed to ship in a month. I don't work in the industry so I don't know how quickly graphical fine tuning can be done, but I would have thought a game that's a month away from ship would look more polished.

Katsumi Yamada. Yeah he's "quit" Ninja Warrior like 3 or 4 times, quit his machinist job to build a replica course in the back yard, and practically runs his own little Ninja Warrior 'school'. Even wrote his family a letter talking about how he knew he was a bad father and husband, but Ninja Warrior was too much of an obsession for him. Now he's part of the travelling NW show that goes around publicizing the show. I always feel bad for him when he gets eliminated, he always looks like his life is over.

No kidding. I can't wait until G4 starts showing this past one. Apparently it's even more brutal than ever. As for AG, I'm glad it's back. Sure the original was corny, but I liked it. The only thng I didn't like was the choice of contestants. The selection process favored speed and quickness over strength (except for chinups I think). As a result, you've got a 5'10", 170 lb. contestant trying to outwrestle a 6'6", 270 lb. gladiator. A win is a miracle unless the Gladiator fucks up. The one time they had a comparable contestant (he was like 6'2" 235 or something) he ran over the gladiators in Powerball and Breakthrough and Conquer. I guess they wanted to emphasize the size of the gladiators, but I would like to see a more even playing field. On a related note, I can't wait to see who the new gladiators are. Roided up wrestler wannabes are probably already lining up to try out.

hasn't Snitsky lost by DQ a few times already? I'm pretty sure he did in ECW. Just don't know if they're going to refer to him as undefeated after getting DQ'd. Maybe they'll just play up that he hasn't been pinned or submitted.

Umaga's a face now after beating the crap out of Santino for a couple weeks. I know he's a face for booking purposes, but he's not exactly fitting the mold of a face. Most faces are booked as underdogs who have to struggle against the heel before finally overcoming the odds. Umaga's still booked as a dominant wrestler who feels no pain and doesn't even really sell, much like his heel persona. Other than beating up Orton and Carlito last week, he hasn't acted much like a face.

So we're going to have what boils down to a heel vs. heel vs. heel match at SS. This is going to be interesting.

I'd like to see the TAKA match in it's entirety. Looked like a fun one. TAKE was always a jobber favorite of mine in the E, even when he was taking face plants in the Royal Rumble.

It's a shame that they got rid of Ariel. That's about the only reason I enjoyed his matches. I'm still not sure why they completely changed his character when he got hurt. The "psycho Jesus freak" character (the name escapes me for some reason) might have gone somewhere had his big rivalry with Undertaker come about. Mordecai Thank you. That was going to bug me.

It's a good thing Stevie's winning streak ended up meaning something. Or not. CHEAP!
