Dama, your hatred for Reggie Bush can't be good for your health.
-
She might, but I will stick to my prediction that she only wins one Grand Slam Title. Hewitt isn't done yet, but it doesn't look good. I'm still hoping for a Federer-Nadal final.

Didn't notice this until today, I'll be back as THE Ohio State University.
-
Yeah, I wonder if any goals will be scored the rest of this tournament.
-
David Ross should have got in over McCann, not that he is that bad of a choice.

My principal gets mad at me when I come in drunk. (Just kidding, one time though, he told me I needed some mints for the smell) Leena I think what the chick did was irresponsible, but not fireable.

Would FIFA really pull the plug on the World Cup being in South Africa, especially with it being the first one in the African continent? I had heard it has become one of the more dangerous places, but had no idea it was this bad. My guess is South Africa will get their head out of their asses and realize how much exposure and MONEY the World Cup will bring to them and try to clean it up.

Or a large puddle.

Seattle has the Playoffs 2010 campaign going.

Well like it was said earlier, it won't be too hard for them to suck next year, no matter who they get tonight or the deals they make. Although having the #4 and #7 pick they could get two quality players. No franchise guys, but solid complementary guys.
-
Remember though, the Bulls may have a shot at Joel Pryzbilla, who takes care of your need at center. If Mouhamed Saer Sene is there at the #16 pick, I say roll the dice and take him.
-
Portland must want a good shot at Greg Oden, because LaMarcus Aldridge won't make them better next year, but its not like one guy will make them win 10-15 more games. I don't see Redick falling that low. What's everybody else's opinion of Tyrus Thomas? I'd still take Aldridge over him. I'm just not impressed. His domination over smaller competition in the NCAA Tourney does not equate the #2 overall pick to me.

So you want nobody besides Houston to get Head? I'd want the Jazz if we did a mock draft, I probably would pick better than they have the last 5 years.
-
How was the crowd reaction to Edge-RVD? Were they interested?

Leena, I'm gonna pick the final 16, granted I might get half right, but I love me some good speculating. Men's Federer v. Haas Roberdo v. Ancic Nalbandian v. Ferrero Johansson v. Philippoussis Hewitt v. Safin Grosjean v. Roddick Ljubicic v. Nieminen Gaudio v. Nadal (Damnit, I'll root for Agassi, but Nadal's on a mission) Can't wait for the potential of Federer-Henman in Round 2.
-
I guess I'll go on a limb and pick Federer to win. I'm conflicted with Nadal, I'd to see him face Federer, it'd be good for the sport, but I won't root against Andre. Ican't wait to see him at the US Open, the response will be great. Women's - just put names in a hat. Leena, I'm Xenophobic so I will root for Venus.

Let's get a little draft talk going, the Bobcats pick fascinates me. Gay, Morrison or Roy. I love Brandon Roy and think he'll be ROTY wherever he goes, but I can't deny the great talent Gay has and that Morrison will be a good pro. Who do you take at #3, assuming all three will still be there?
-
I'm all about a mock draft, but we'd have to get that shit in gear quickly.

Sometimes if I eat wings that are too hot I cannot drink much beer. That's not really revolutionary though.

Agreed, I loved Germany's 4th goal in the Germany-Costa Rica match (Briggs-Frigs?), but that topped it.

I almost drowned from my tears at the end of The Green Mile.

Anybody else think the Lumberjack stip will hinder the Cena-Sabu match and just make a huge trainwreck? I'm not expecting Steamboat-Flair, but wouldn't "extreme rules" be enough?
-
I think Saturday and Monday will be the fun nights to go out, since most everybody will have Sunday and Tuesday off. We might have the old-fashioned block party on Tuesday. Our area in the suburbs is surprisingly cool, they don't seem to mind four drunks living in their neighborhood.

Welcome to the wonderful world of referee Graham Poll. He's a twat, and compensates for not being consistent by showering everyone with cards. I wouldn't be surprised if the three yellows to one player were just to give him extra enjoyment. That may have been the funniest thing I read all day.
