The Chargers are in total denial if they think they're going to get a 1st Round pick for Phillip Rivers. I understand that he has progressed further than a 2006 draft pick, but to me it would have to come down to whether or not I rate Leinhart above him. If I'm the Jets and you have the #3 or #4 pick and you have to trade a future 1st rounder to get a QB, you may as well get the guy you want.

There's no way Oregon is going to get the spot over Ohio State. The only thing that may hold back OSU is that it'll be their 3rd trip to Tempe in 4 years.

Here's the thing about trying to get on the show. The host has the kill switch, therefore even if you made valid points he may just argue over you and then cut you off. The best bet would be to listen tomorrow and write down who is selling ad space during his show. Then flood them with complaints that they would sell ad time during his show. Once again in the grand scheme of things, nothing will happen, but if you feel compelled to do something go after the ad people.

Does it really bother a lot of you about the "you suck" chants? The crowds are probably just trying to have a little fun, I'm sure many of them are/were just as emotional that night. Good stuff by Shawn.

Cowherd won't get in trouble for this. I think the only thing a radio personality can do to get in trouble these days is say something that is racist. Seriously, it seems like anything else goes. Also, as the host if he really does catch shit for this, he can pull the revisionist history and re-state what he said to offend less. By all means send complaints if you want, but he isn't going to get in trouble.

I agree, I mean that probably won't keep me from buying it, but couldn't they have just thrown in Cole & Tazz or Josh Matthews & someone else? 16 minutes of silence is weird, and in my opinion does make those matches less desirable to watch.

I have no real problem with the actual rankings because they have two losses, but is it just me or could Ohio State beat the three teams that are ranked ahead of them? I guess there is no real point to speculate yet because there is a lot of football left to be played, but it should be very interesting this year to see who the 2 BCS at-large teams are. Am I correct that if you are ranked in the Top 6 of the BCS and do not get an automatic bid you get one of the at-large bids?

A few notes from the Week 10 Games: I was one of the guilty parties writing off Tampa Bay, now they are sitting at 6-3 and tied for 2nd in their division. I really am shocked that Green Bay beat Atlanta, and wonder now if Carolina has a blueprint from the Packers on how to beat the Falcons. Darlings one week (Giants, Redskins) dogs the next. It seems like Philly wins tomorrow now just to logjam the division even more. Even though they all lost, I really do like all of the rookie coaches, all of those teams are turning it around. I really believe a team will have to win 11 games to get in the playoffs in the AFC.

I always hoped someone from the tail section remembered that Locke was carried onto the plane, or saw him in the terminal in his wheelchair. I think Eko & Locke will be strategical friends.

I think its something like the NFL's rule about how in the final couple minutes of the 1st or 2nd half if a player fumbles the ball forward he is the only person who can recover the ball and get forward progress. (extra yards-TD) Damn, there goes another 55 bucks.
