-Zelda:Ocarina of Time. It wasn't a bad game but I don't think there's any way it could have lived up to all the hype. This thread has been around for awhile.
-
I don't think it matters what he did, actually. That's in the past. If rules can be bent for Banky and Sakura, then it can be bent for him. Alright, whatever man. It wouldn't be as bad if this thread wasn't the only semi-interesting thing going on at this board the last few days... I'm finished.
-
Because everybody makes mistakes and has shitty days maybe? If he isn't doing anything wrong right now, then yes, it's stupid as hell to ban him for it. Even more so if "exceptions" get made for other posters.
-
7. If you've been banned before, you will NOT be allowed back. Simple as that. Second chances are NOT given, so tread lightly. Yeah, And you wouldn't know it was him if he wouldn't have said it. So it's fucking pointless. That's the dumbest rule ever by the way.
-
So you were banned before for hating Booker T? Odd....How many times? He was banned for generally acting like a total douche and disobeying the mods. Lo and behold... he's gone again! Take the hint and stay gone, fuckwad. This is fucking stupid. I don't know what he did in the past, but he makes more sense than 95% of the people on this board. So let's see, he's going to make a new name again tomorrow and be right back here since nobody will ever know it's him unless he says it. Why is that? Oh, maybe because HE'S NOT BREAKING ANY RULES. Yet you're still going to waste time banning him for some shit he did a year ago. Does this make any sense to you? How's about bring him back, and you get gone.

Where did you pull that from? It was the same injury for one thing. And if he was hurt that bad, why would he even agree to fight HHH?
-
Holy shit.... There is hope for us all.
-
Wow, the point just totally flew over someone's head. Since he COULD do the kip-up when he actually was injured in real life, then it *ISN'T* unrealistic or illogical for him to do it when he's pretending like he's injured. Understand? Oh wait, I forgot, adrenaline is magic pixie dust. You left out dramatic. 6 man tag from Barely Legal.

Damn, I wish I had thought of that. This thread has now been owned. You're my new favorite poster.
-
Thats not all wrestling matches, just all that you like.
-
Exluding comedy matches, I think wrestling is quite comperable to serious dramatic films. Because wrestling matches all try to be serious dramas....
-
Uh, if you read the posts, you'd already know the answer. Then *everybody* who sells something and goes on to win the match is worthless. You need to understand that what a match is going for in the beginning doesn't have to always be the same thing it's going for in the end. Shawn went into the match forced into the fight, thinking it was his last match. How could he have known how bad his back was or what he could put it through until he was actually wrestling? The emotion comes from the second half when you see him feeding off the crowd (yes, crowd reaction matters) and becoming old HBK like he had never retired. Selling the back as if he was dying for the entire time would have ONLY WORKED IF IT WAS HIS LAST MATCH. The story isn't "oh fuck hbk is a cripple", the story is "HBK is back". That's not what he said. It wasn't good because it was entertaining. It's the other way around. It was entertaining because of the psychology you missed and just about everybody else seemed to catch.

HBK/Foley So we could have an argument about that next week
-
Couple of shots with a sledgehammer! And about the wheelchair, well you saw him just dance out of it and go on to win the world title at SS.
-
"Wasn't as bad a everyone thought"? Duh? Obviously it wasn't since it was supposed to be his last match. And now he wrestles every two weeks.
-
I don't care if a bunch of marks in the crowd liked it. If I'm watching a film and see a big hole in the plot, I'm going to point it out, even if everyone else loves it. If I'm watching a wrestling match and sell shit, I'm going to point it out, regardless of what the crowd thinks. And you can point it all you want, but for the millionth time your opinion doesn't mean shit because the purpose of the match is to get the crowd hot. Like he just fucking said. If the whole match was HBK getting beat down and then he just gets a fluke win at the end, that would've sucked.

::round of applause::

Exactly, it never mattered.

You hate everything. You don't count. It might've had more play, but Jericho and Trish are more important. Since Jericho is sorta the MVP of Raw. If the Torrie/Dawn angle sucked, no big deal, all they did was waste a lot of time. What else are they going to do with those two?
-
Jericho and Trish are much bigger names than Torrie and Dawn. The reason it ended up on Velocity because nobody gave a shit about it. Everybody loves Trish/Jericho except for DH.
-
1. It was blantantly obvious this was going to happen. 2. Focus groups have been telling Vince his audience is now beginning to include females ages 12-24. 3. This is the most cliche, over-done storyline in TV and movie history. Which is why I think it's a swerve and Jericho either really does care or will care. This can't all be happening to set up Trish vs Jericho. There's no fucking way. Not even in WWE.
-
Either that, or he already knows he likes her, and he just wanted to act like a hotshot in front of Christian. He didn't think she would overhear..... even though there was a camera man right in front of them. I don't even see why Jericho has to turn at all. Why can't they keep Jericho as a heel and Trish as a face and have them still be in love? They would just have to try to cope with each other's personality that they don't like. Or Jericho could turn Trish heel some kind of way. There's a lot of possibilities left.

Did they explain why Eric couldn't just hire them back again?
