It's really awesome of them to pay tribute to a great wrestler by having a night full of great wrestling matches. And I hope they show some Eddy matches too, but I wouldn't bet on it. I remember thinking when Owen died that for sure Smackdown would be all Owen matches, but they didn't show any.
-
Oh man, Rey/Shawn? What is this on, Raw or Smackdown?
-
Uh, probably not. Terrell who?
-
But more likely, if he goes to SD, he'll be in the same situation and they'll just put the belt on Orton for a year or something. Raw needs a fresh new face just as much if not more than SD. I would say they should send Shawn, but Raw is seen as more the entertainment show. (And besides I don't get SD in Baton Rouge and won't be able to see him) If they center SD around Benoit and Rey, and just do things right, they shouldn't have to move anyone. I really think they should move Chavo to SD though. If Rey can be a legit contender for the title, can't Chavo as well? I think moving him would be a better idea than RVD.

Does anyone have pictures of this? I'm on 56k and can't stream.
-
Build Chavo up as a serious wrestler and have him try to fill his spot if he's up to it. Just a thought. Smackdown needs to be start being built around Benoit. He could easily be what Bret Hart was to the company in 92-94.
-
I said this same thing with Owen died, the whole show should be scraped now and replaced with 2 hours of his best matches/moments.
-
Wow.... holy fucking shit.. I wish I had watched Smackdown more often now.

Eternal Darkness (just read IGN's review, if you don't want the game after reading that, something is wrong with you) Resident Evil 4 F-Zero GX Metroid Prime 1 and 2 Zelda: Wind Waker Super Monkey Ball 1 and 2 (they look awful but they're the most fun I've ever had playing multiplayer) Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2 Mario Sunshine RE: Remake and RE:0 if you're a RE fan (4 just needs to be played by anyone no matter what) Tales of Phantasia, Thousand Year Door if you like rpgs Mario Kart Double Dash

If Shawn was writing a book, wouldn't we all have heard about it before now?
-
It's official now. Raw needs more booty slips.
-
Yeah, not one of Trish's better pictures.
-
Well why didn't this work for the Dudleys?

From best to worst X (Excellent cast, great music, beautiful graphics. Has a pretty innovative battle system that gives you both character individuality and customization, keeps all of the characters involved in battle, is very fast compared to the snail pace of 8 and 9, AND is actually tough at times. The most character interaction out of any of the FFs, they're constantly talking so the story keeps moving and stays interesting, they feel like a close knit group of friends at the end. Compare that to FF7 where characters like RedXII and Cid have one scene where they develop and are barely seen for the rest of the game. It has a main character that's totally the opposite of Cloud and Squall, that's a definite plus. I'm in the minority here, but I also thought the voices were done really well and added a lot to the game. The voices were clear, fit each character, and the actors sounded as if they were in to it. Didn't have a problem with them at all. After seeing how voices made FFX's story come more alive, I wouldn't mind it if all of the FFs were remade with voices.) IV (One of the most revolutionary RPG of all time. This was the first RPG where characters actually talked for more than a few sentences. And not only did they talk, they had personalites, they developed, interacted with one another, struggled with their feelings, and showed emotion. FF4 also eliminating level building and gave us ATB. Before FF4, every single RPG that I can remember made you build levels and the story and characters were just seen as an afterthought. Yet, very few RPGs that came after it require you to level and aren't focused on story. Before FF4, the only point of playing RPGs was just to be in a gigantic world and get to explore it, and have fun making your character grow from being a scrawny weakling to being able to save the world, you never played them for story, characters, or music. FF4 changed all of that) Tactics VI (Great game until the second half where the plot seemed to basically stop) (large gap) X-2 MQ FFVII (awful boring characters, almost no character interaction, convuluted anime cliche plot, took FF6's already flawed system of everybody can do everything by equiping a magic object and made it even worse by taking away the character skills) I V IX (the sad thing here is I think IX had a really good story, much better than 7's. But having to fight a battle every other step you take ruined the game imo. Very annoying when you have to sit through 50 battles just to get to the next part in the story, on each one you have to watch the camera float around the screen, plus the battles take forever because the characters are so slow to react after you enter in a comand, and aren't challenging in the slightest. ) VIII (Nothing redeemable about it.)

Just think how perfect it would be if the fans still turned on Cena and went for Angle.

 slut..

Wow, a dragon quest commercial. Looks like Enix has learned from Square how to sell games, don't show game footage.

Was that Carlito's first good match? I love the way Joey ignores Coach and the King and stays focused on the match. It makes it seem more important.

Joey Styles will explain it all, just wait.

I can't believe I spent my last few hours as a 23 year old watching that crap. No, just kidding, but anyone else think that except for the X matches, everything was kind of boring? Characters and storylines need work. Could they at least make some effort to come up personalities for the wrestlers? The only guy with a definable personality not taken from another company was fucking awful, an Ahmed Johnson knock off. And is he catchphrase really "period."? I mean, come on. The mood of the show struck me as WCW saturday night. Guys just having matches with no real point coming to the ring with boring entrances and music. Now some of the matches were good on WCW saturday night but the atmosphere of just a bunch of matches made it seem like the guys on it weren't important enough to have characters, that the people in charge didn't think enough of them to include them in storylines. Look at ECW. They were struggling to get noticed but when someone did turn them on they saw something completely different. Not just in the fact that they had 20 minute matches on TV, but it had something to offer storyline wise that WCW and WWF didn't, realistic gimmick and angles. Wrestlers were more like real people in ECW. Guys in WCW and WWF didn't come in with the exact same character doing the same shit, they usually threw their WWF outfit on the ground, started cursing, and demanded to be taken seriously. Not to mention, everyone had great music, which made you take notice and remember who they were from the get go. The only one with a decent theme in TNA is Jeff Jarrett.

"It most certainly was," Sharpton says. "And we cannot allow it to happen again. Myself and some other prominent black leaders are putting forth a campaign to blame this situation on the Bush administration. We would like to use you as an example of the plight of African-Americans in the city of New Orleans who were neglected during the crisis. Will you help your brothers and sisters in the community?" Just last week, you were a petty thug, stealing tape players out of cars to score your next hit of crack. Now, you're about to become a political symbol like Cindy Sheehan. What else could you say? "Sho' nuff, I do it." THE END Yay, I won.
