Sorry about delayed update for SmackDown, i'm currently working about 60 hours a week over Christmas and i'm hardly ever online. Updates might be a day late from now on. Don't forget... You can't just roll your team over this month as there are changes in value so you NEED to pick a new team for next month. Deadline is tomorrow night.

Kami you'll need to put your team together again new this month. There's lots of new values so odds are your old team was over the limit. Don't worry about not playing in ages, most people around here seem to play month to month and only care about the monthly tables, the new month starts on Monday. I watched ECW earlier today and saw the match announced, they didn't say anything about the ECW title being involved.

Just a quick question, I was at work and a friend of mine who's a semi-serious wrestling fan asked me about TNA, told me he'd seen a great video (?) promoting a PPV. He said all he could remember was the video being really well produced, and included the words 'or slow the hands of father time' with a clock hand slowing down as it said it. I can't for the life of me remember which event its for, I have a little memory of the video, I think it's before a Bound For Glory, but i'm not 100% sure. Anybody have any idea which video it is?

I suppose it is quite generic numetal, I guess it's just the chorus that screams kick ass to me. Theme I don't like? Shelton Benjamin.

General random comment question: How on earth have Hawkins and Ryder got away with having such awesome music?

The reverse Battle Royal is flawed for the simple reason that nobody manages to just run in immediately, not a single person.

Exactly. Like the reverse battle royal, they'd have to get their opponent over the cage and make their feet touch the floor. Would lead to enthralling bits such as Eric Young fighting bravely to keep his feet off the floor.

I think so, the only other logical thing to do would be have the values change every Summerslam and Mania, so twice a year. Otherwise, every third month. Kizarny can be added if you like, but he'd be given the basic 3m value and no known finishing move. Can't see many people taking him as he might not even debut, I haven't seen a vignette in weeks. Shane isn't on TV any more.

If he just hit the 619 he wouldn't get finishing points. This is plainly because he'd never just hit the 619 and pin somebody, hence the finishing bit.

I'm surprised TNA didn't 'TNA' up the cage match, and make the rule 'You have to get your opponent out of the cage to win'

I like how there's less than 100 points between the whole top six now, it's very close.

It's been the same since day one.. nobody suggested a different finisher. The 619 alone isn't exactly his finishing move, so I dunno, but every time he goes 619 followed by the springboard type legdrop he gets himself finishing points. Swagger was set so high because he appears without fail every week and usually has matches, with a string of winning speciality matches lately. If he is depushed and used less, his value will go back down again next time.

Cheers Tek. If anybody else has any suggestions about finishing moves, then we've got until Sunday midnight to change them. Also Tek, you've got until WrestleMania until the overall table resets, so you've got a hell of a chance yet. Good call with Umaga, i've put injured people down a lot to see if people want to take a gamble with them and waste some money, but if it goes the other way and they make a surprise return, they'll have a huge advantage over everybody. Let's see if Umaga can be your X-Factor.

I had high hopes for R-Truth this current month, fat lot of good he turned out to be. I'll put my team together for Month 4 tomorrow, I'll remember to not include him this time.

Well, we've got two choices. We can either cut people off the bottom of their current roster until it goes back under $50m (as in the way it reads on my Excel, if the person has 8 guys, i'll take number 8, then number 7, etc until the limit), or they will just not be entered at all. I'm easy either way, but i'd rather have this running with as many people as possible as the league is more fun that way.
